I could be wrong but isn't it a twin rotary engine witch makes it the equivalent to a 2.6!

No each rotor is 654cc, which is where the 1300cc comes from.

^^^^ insurance folk becouse the roter is faster then a 2.6 na and screams the nuts off itselve and the bhp they make

where i am from ther just 1.3 for insurance and 1.3 for the tax just for what they are :)

Should stick to restoring classic cars and not modifying them. All three of the jap cars I've seen them do were all terrible
