Bussey's Billet GT2867 323bhp V

Glad to see you've got your gearbox sorted now mate, you should easily get 250bhp out the TF035 as Iddy is running 251bhp at 1.1 bar on standard internals. It's very responsive. just make sure you get an LSD as it wheel spins like mad lol!

Managed to get some bits done last night.

Picked up my manifold from having the flanges/turbo position changed.

Then got down to business cutting my old downpipe up and using the bends to fab up my new one, only tacked up for the minute as I'm paying a mate to do some proper weld porn on it apposed to my sketchy welding skills

After lots if swearing the fitment ended up being spot on.

And a peak of the forward facey'ness

Why not TD04? My mate's spooled quite good with a lighter flywheel anyways will look forwards to seeing the results!

because they dont compare in spool time tfo is way faster in spool and uses almost identical compressor side

love the diy bussey going to look well

Im using a TD04 with a smaller than stock exhaust housing machined to suit.

Exhaust housing is a 4cm item from a 99 model Forester TF035

Works very well. After doing back to back data logs I made a graph of it. (4E engine)

Thats some very good info right there. Very informative, you would get some rep for that. I'm sorting out myself from that predicament too, Moving from a Borg Warner turbo with a big azz back housing to a TD05-18G with hopefully a 7cm turbine (Ebay vendors with Chinese products dont have all the relevant specifics of the item ..... , cant expect much better). What gives me hope is that a friend with a TD05-16G has a larger turbine inlet compared to mine (54mm vs 46 mm).

Anyhoo, nice going Bussey. Supposed to be super responsive when done.

Finished doing my bit with the exhaust, all test fitted and spot welded, dropped it back off to my fabricator mate tonight to finish up. :)

Should have it back Tuesday along with my manifold (had one hairline crack on a wastegate weld) and my new shiny scremer setup.

Exhaust all done, pretty happy how it's turned out considering I had to profile and line up the tubes just using an angle grinder and a permenant marker

Should be running again by the weekend, them will get mapped when I'm back from holiday :)

Picked these up today, was to cheap to say no too.

Will be going on my Forged SSR and kept as my track wheels. They seem very soft :)
