Barely enough room for it so i'll have to move it all around tomorrow I hope to get the interior fitted tomorrow and give it a good wash. Maybe even get my white bumper fitted. RoryWebb432 Posted January 4, 2015 Author Share Posted January 4, 2015 Ok guys did get to do a lot today. I wanted to get most of it cleaned outside and in but didn't have time. I started by pressure washing the outsiDe to get rid of the algie build up. I then just did a sponge wash all over then repeated the process. I didn't do the best job I just wanted to get it as clean as I could to assess the state of the paintwork.It's not as bad as I thought it was going to be although it does need a full respray as in areas on all sections of the body there is paint damage from it being sat so long. Few dings here and there but the main focus will be on the wheel arch dent and the passenger side rear quarter where the door meets the quarter. Somebodyssey has done a bad job of filling it. I have loads of pictures so I'll just post them. Got a few of the extra bits I have tooI'll start with the interior as it looks bad but it'll clean up fine I think. Apart from Ive bought a 5th speedline wheel (in need of a refurb) to go with the 4 that I already bought, so when I get back they'll all be going for a refurb and probably painted white with red speedline lettering.Also my bonnet should be here in 2 days. Just a shame that I can't be at home to put it on until end of march. I plan on buying near enough everything I need to complete my project by the time I get back to the UK. It's decat with something like a dpm or dpx (fuck knows what make its called) backbox. It looks like the ones you get off vw golfs. Sounds so loud.
