checked spark plug gaps and believe it or not they were correctly gapped from ngk at 1.1mm which suprised me.the reason i checked them is because i have dyno run sunday.

came out as having 179.1 bhp and 160 ftlbs.

However the graph says my redlines 6,000rpm which we all know is actually 7,200rpm which makes me wonder.

Where are you from? If your anywhere near the north west, get yourself down to the Rolling road day that I have organised at Tuning Developments on the 12th of April. I can't see your location as in on my phone

my starlet gt turbo made 222.6 with essentially the same setup in 2010 so I don't get why theres 40 plus hp missing ??

Ahh well compared to this it's not good massive drop, so is the engine damaged now? Can't believe you made 222 no management some people don't get that with management!

If it's not using any oil then I would not be concerned,

Many things can change the power output especially without management.

Temperatures, condition of the turbo, holding boost, map sensor working properly..............just too many variables.

Hence why every map is best suited to that engine. Also when it's mapped and you find weaknesses as well
