richglanzav
hey dudes just thought id post as ive took the mx5 out with the top down today for the first time since last summer and i gotta say i love it. spec is imported in 2006 1.6 s special with viscous LSD and its got 109000kms on the clock, not a bit of rust anywhere, and it runs like a beaut suprisingly nippy and handlings just unreal. apart from the rock hard suspension (getting meisters soon), its a peach to drive on the road. infact every time i drive it i cant believe it cost 1500quid. anyone else been enjoying their cars on this nice day weve had? russ78
she does look grand buddy been looking at a mkII facelift myself, any plans for her seen as that has the 323 low comp engine... Edited March 22, 2015 by russ78
richglanzav
cheers mate shes not that clean at this exact moment im afraid lol. but she has her MOT in few weeks and its getting a good check over by a local specialist and if all goes well im gna chuck some money at her. meister zeta coilies, new wheels, and 1.8 sport brakes, and decent roll bar. then maybe further down the line a flyin miata kit get it up to 220bhp area. Calum122
Mk1 ftw. And they also run low comp engines mate. My dad took his Mk1 to BBR to have it turbo'd BBR themselves said these engines don't need the compression lowering since they already run low comp pistons anyway. Calum122
That's wrapped? Very good mate. I know it's only a photo but still looks good. I'd pay that for a wrap, at least when you get bored you can peel it off
