  12. i never had to alter my down pipe after conversion. running td04 with a blitz nurr system as for power steering you need longer bolts and spacers, cant quite remember how much it needs spacing but its around 25-30mm. but i went manual rack conversion and did away with the p/s altogether. how far through are you on the conversion or are you just gathering info?
  13. as for ac just junk it, you will probably find it dont work all that great and its a power sapping heavy lump of turd, lol. theres a few things that can be junked in the bay to make it tidyer. there are loads of companys doing fmic kits but most are not a/c friendly. like said above, there is a couple that are a/c friendly. the bracketry is pants on alot of the ebay jobbys, but these can be easily overcome.

  15. remove sump, remove pressure relief valve, undo the circlip in the end and it will come apart, clean then re-assemble. plenty sealer at both ends of the sump as they are the worst bits to seal. never known them to struggle to pick up oil after an oil change, but if it still dont pick up oil, remove the oil pump, pack with grease and try again
  16. the outer casing of the old bush needs to be hacked out, so burn the bush out, then hack-saw the remaining outer shell, and chisel out. the original bushes are made inside this ring then pressed in.
