no it didn start with 10, it was just 10 with the ignition on, however after I jumped it it produced 14. ive had this in the past where its ran with 14 but still wouldn't charge??

ive got a voltometer in car, read 10 on ignition (not enough to start car) and 14 whilst running (which is required amount)

so a couple weeks ago i started my car (although the engine turned slowly) and drove 10 miles to a shop only to find when i tried to leave the shop my car had a flat battery. ive since tried the following: - charged the battery - changed the battery - changed the alternator. and as a result i am still experiencing the same issues which leads me to thinking there is another problem that im hoping some ideas flying around here would solve. the car jump starts as you would expect but no chargy, ideas?
