I had a complete nightmare trying to get mine to seal. In the end I used about 4-5 wraps of plumbers tape and wrapped it on in the right direction so that it tightened along with the thread. Videos on YouTube on how to do it. I used copper washers at the start but didn't need them in the end. Good luck

Hi im looking a timing belt kit for a 5E including the belt and tensioners. Im also looking for the two bottom crank seals and a oil seal for on the block and maybe any other spare gaskets that you have. ARP Headbolts/Studs? Waterpump with the pulley pressed on? What have you? Cheap as possible please and all new

So I currently have a set of 4e and 5e forged rods and I wanted to post up some pictures of them compared to the standard rods. Bear in mind they are the gt rods so a lot thicker than Glanza rods and also the 5efhe rods which are also a lot thicker than their standard 5efe rods. These are so beefy compared to stock and are well worth the money. I put them all on the scale and there is very very little difference between the x4 5e rods. They seem very well made. I will be building my 5e engine over the next couple of months so this is just a quick review of them. standard 4e rod and piston 5e rod and piston compared to the max speeding rod The 4e on the left and 5e max speeding rod on the right All of them together
