  1. That's the way my insurance currently is, the other car doesn't have to be insured but I have it insured anyways to make it easy to tax. That's with nfu mutal.
  2. I always thought about this too. Would it not just be a matter of cutting the end of the standard actuator and gettting it threaded so as it became adjustable?
  3. http://www.ebay.co.u...=item54039b4811 x2 for the flow and return on the fpr http://www.ebay.co.u...=item54062573fb x3 for the return of the fuel rail, flow of the fpr and returb of the fpr. If you plan on running your guage in another place you will need another 2 of each. http://www.ebay.co.u...=item58ab4f0283 also get 2m of pipe to just to be sure so as your not left short some day.
  4. Looking great Phil! Hopefully our cars will make it out for this summer
  5. I'm not sure but I have a set for my wheels but they wont fit because of the drives poking out.
  6. Maybe he is taking about cars that use a AFM instead of a MAP sensor to sense what load/boost conditions there currently is. While they may still have a MAP sensor to feed the dash lights etc but our cars do not have a AFM
  7. Where did you get the upgrades for the td04 at? Where they good quality etc?
  8. Should I put a set of these on my car? I have found a set with black centers and polished lips. This is my car.. Few cars with them on
  9. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=zfapps.toyobd1 Sorry I cant link the image but its the 6th one from the left Also go to tesco's or whatever and buy a cheap android tablet at 30/40 and it will be quick enough to read the updates every 3 seconds
  10. As far as I know your car will be able to fuel that fine with the need for a fpr etc. It would be worth your while getting a tuner to get it a look over to make sure everything is ok but since every car is different.
  11. http://carcultureni.com/car-culture-live-2014/ Any body going to this? Drag racing and a track day. I'm hoping to get my car to it after not getting it to the cruise for cancer last week. Last year was a great day so this one should be better as long as the weather keeps up.

  13. If you could get a hold of a Emanage Ultimate you could buy this? http://www.tuningdevelopments.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=502_520_588&products_id=920 Then drive to the tuners on your standard ecu then just plug this in between your loom and ecu.

Where did you get the calipers from? Are they just the same as these? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wilwood-Forged-Dynalite-4-Pot-Brake-Caliper-Lug-Mount-/120743392487?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c1cddf4e7
  15. Thank god for that I don't want to be leaving the house at 8 on a Sunday morning. Leave around half 9 and that will be me there for half 10 sure.
  16. It says 9 on the Facebook link, surely they won't be leaving carrickfergus at 9? Does anybody who's been at this before shed some light on times?
  17. Hopefully will be a good few starlets at it then. I just hope I have mine back in time
  18. Is anybody else going to this? It leaves Carrickfergus and drives along the coast to Portrush, as far as I can tell its always a massive turnout.
  19. He seems very big into his Toyotas so I wouldn't be worried
  20. Hmm you would need an android emulator. Best bet would be to get a cheap android tablet at £40/50
  21. Have a look at this, I may come in very handy for a few people looking to get some information from the standard ecu. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=zfapps.toyobd1 You have to buy the dongle of the person who created the app but as far as I can gather its going to be pretty cheap.
  22. Have a look at this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=zfapps.toyobd1 Its just been released there within the last couple of days. Its a bluetooth OBD1 reader designed for our cars. The dongle has to be bought of him, I seen him chatting about it on facebook
  23. Loosen it then tighten it to u think its good enough. Take it completely off inside the car and let all the tension off it and put it back on
  24. The same happened me after fitting new discs and pads at the back for a better handbrake which ended up no better at all. What happened was the handbrake was adjusted too much inside the car so the caliper couldn't actually release. I means I have to pull it up a bit more but it actually holds now. So take off the centre console bit and release the cables and unscrew it then tighten from there
