Yeh I've seen them both. The black one looked in pretty good shape but the mileage is high. I paid 1300 for mine with 58k on but I've spent a lot on it since then and the prices have gone up to. Having the optional fogs and splitter is nice. Two other people wanted mine but I got there first.

Yeh sure mate they're tucked away up in my loft in bubble wrap. I got all my 98 interior parts from different cars ha ha just been adding bits as I go. No worries mate the mani does make a difference to be honest- I wondered if people were making it up but you can tell right away. Got mine for £30 delivered but that was in Feb and I had the pic of a few. It's crazy really isn't it with the SR's. Some are really bad and can't even sell. Yours was obv a steel. Ours are worth a bit I think to be honest as good ones are hard to come by. I'd love another one and just strip it and track it but I ju

Good stuff mate defo cracking on with this one

They're blue mate just no fading and v v clean. Literally the day I ordered them I found some 98 specs to match the rest of my interior ha ha. I paid £40 delivered so id do them for that to just get my money back. Yeh took me a while to find a decent Corolla mani- saw a few in terrible condition. I've been looking for you too but they seem to have dried up a bit :/

I'll sort some now mate. Unfortunately they don't have the switch panels but the originals can easily be painted and I've done this on a few things with my interior. Parts sounds good by the way, giving it a nice overhaul. I want to do my plugs soon

I'm after a really clean glanza boot carpet please
-
Good good, mine on the other hand sets off car alarms :/ the lads at work love it though
-
I will say that you might be better off with the stock air box and a panel filter but if you want induction noise then don't worry about it
-
I've got some totally mint glanza door cards if you're interested? I'm running a fully 98 glanza interior as I mentioned before but it's still of he 90's period but updates it nicely
-
V nice mate, what have you ordered? I've got some mint glanza door cards if you're interested?
-
Good stuff think you have an aftermarket mid pipe though don't you?

well i've heard they're as good as the clio 197's. Although mine was made out of fab packets and tin foil i've got to admit that it was one of the best handling cars i've ever driven. The gear change was so sweet and the brakes are brutal but poorly built. If i was really going for a track car i'd have a face lift clio RS200- drove one of those and all the bad parts of the 197 had been sorted. I do love a good teggy though. Bean you should have your own series called' The Jap Car Slavager' ha ha

Got to say that the storm grey compressors look amazing in the flesh. My dads had little neon green flecks in the sunlight
-
I actually nearly bought a mint one two months ago but it was between that and the front splitter plus like i said- it'd still rot at some point and i managed to make my surrent system look factory fitted

So the advert for the car said 'original TTE exhaust!' It was important to be becuase i know they're hard to come by. I got there and someone had cut the chrome tip off the Remus and welded to a normal starlet pea shooter back box.. upside down! So it looked like a tap. I managed to haggle on the price a little because of that. I presume the original back box had rotted like they all do. Even my white SR i had 14 years ago had a rotten Remus system. Thats why i'm not that bothered about having one as long as the tip is there because they will all rot at some point. I think yours may have a

I like both versions to be honest, face lift is more refined and prettier but the other is stealthier

The compressor went well but is nowhere near it's best instock form. A few people have done the mods i mentioned and easily see over 250. Just don't bother with after market air filters as all the modded compressors with them were losing power at the TD rolling road day whereas the stock ones were bang on the money. My Dad had the 140 Celica before the Compressor and they were worlds apart but the Celica was a heavy car. Glanzas are lovely but so are the Compressors- will be a hard decision eg age, mileage, space and reliability.

He must have done something with the handling as it's pretty decent ha ha. Yeh the Teggy's are amazing and would easily keep with a stock gt4 on a track. Mind you we both know what a tweaked gt4 is capable of ;)
-
awesome, will be good to see what difference they make
-
Yeh I don't know why they didn't put one in. Not a hard swap to do though by all accounts. My dad had a compressor and it was lovely, he offered it to me before he sold it but I had the gt4 at the time. Bags of potential in the compressors as the just need an intercooler and lightweight pully then a piggy back. Have you got any plans for the tsport?

Oh yeh, I forgot you are running meisters! Yeh the Levins are brilliant really, I did want a set of WMS but I could t warrant spending the money. When's your bday? You'll have to let me know if they're any good

They're loads faster than that aren't they
