  1. Yeh I nearly bought one but then my SR came up for sale! The compressors have loads of potential and get a hard time from everyone but fit an intercooler and piggyback ecu and you're away.
  2. Unfortunately I can't stand yellow stuff so not an option for me but other people might disagree
  3. A little more but a lot stronger
  4. It's got the right parts for a track car, or a re shell
  5. Lovely car buddy and he best colour too. My Dad had a compressor in the same colour and it was gorgeous. I think the 2zz is a brilliant engine and would love one in my starlet. Nearly bought an early tsport years ago- I like them because they don't look anything special, but of a sleeper
  6. Well either way it looks like a decent part mate GLWS. Just about to have a look at your Corolla thread Free bump
  7. Yeh the 6 mounting holes are more oval than round so that's why I don't think it's a cusco like I first though
  8. That's what I wrote but then took it back off as I don't think they had elongated holes
  9. I call it stance just not daft stance. Yeh Ive got a lot of the old ones and they were shocking. Also got Revs, fastcar (used to be good and is now shit), maxpower, every banzai, every japperformance, retro cars and the only Toyota tuning magazine they did.
  10. Towards the end- Redline was actually a really decent mag. I remember they were trying out different types and makes of mods eg FMIC's and giving genuine results from the same car on the same day so people didn't get ripped off. They also shut a lot of old wives tales up by dissprooving things. Got loads of old mags in my garage probably about 3-400 ha ha. I like wheels to fill the arches and not sit in too far so i guess you can still call that stance, i'm not into crazy camber either though and cars you can't even drive
  11. ah right cheers just as i thought- ill basically need the tank and mounting bracket, then drill and tap my own holes.
  12. Hi Phil, I'm all sorted for the rad kit and have looked into all that already. it's the expansion/ header tank that I'm talking about. Obviously your original NA tank sat where mine does now- on the left of the engine bay. The glanza one fits near the battery- so I was wondering how you attached the glanza tank in your bay? I know there's a little bracket on glanzas to mount them so wondered if you made your own bracket or something
  13. Just let me know if you decide to sell the boot carpet separately, cheers
  14. Hi buddy, loving the car and plan to read through the whole thread soon. I'm going for a civic half rad soon and have been looking at the glanza header tank like you've done, I didn't think it would fit but seeing you're obviously means it does. how exactly did you mount it mate?- is it on a certain page on here? Thanks Jase
  15. Levin twin pots mate they actually stop your car- no face brake required. Also I'm not sure why I havnt posted on here before as we've spoken loads on other topics- lovely car mate.
  16. Do you have the boot carpet mate?
  17. Cheers for the replys guys, was my fault for not being clear enough. Turns out I can't fit one/too much work Involved as my battery tray is different so there isn't room. Shame as I thought the glanza one would just fit and look stock. Think I'll just relocate my original one
  18. Those things are worth a fortune now
  19. Think i've got a MAX POWER video (yes vhs) somewhere with a Punto that looked like megatron- they opened the bonnet and he appeared to be running what looked like a lawn mower engine with a halfords air filter black taped on.
  20. Ah right I get you, they are all money pits though and unless you get a fast diesel you'll probably always put money into a car ha ha.
  21. Not to my knowledge it wasn't- so it's had a hard life and not even been dialled in properly. 1500 tops maybe even 1200 because it's in much worse condition now
