I'm also looking for a decent engine bolt dress up kit but can't find any that don't cost the earth. I want the anodized gold nuts and bolts not the kits that just have coloured washers. I might just bite the bullet and import some

Cheers jeff that's the plan. It's not as clean as i'd like but over the past few months i've done quite a few miles through work. Now the car is literally just for pleasure again so it should stay a lot cleaner. I've got a spare rocker but think it's from a Glanza so i'm not sure if that's ok to use?- i want to drill the baffle out to clean it properly and then paint it at some point. I may aswell just bite the bullet and go for a half rad because everything will fit better and my radiator is 18 years old now. Then like you said i'll just modify the paseo bracket and that'll be on. I'll pr

Thanks guys that's great, i've seen the ones on ebay but didn't know if the quality or fitment was any good.

Looking to switch to a half rad set up and was wondering about people's experiences with them and who/where does a decent kit? I don't need to go above a twin core and I want it to fit well. Any help/pics would be great thanks
-
Ah right, are you going for management too? What half rad do you have by the way as I'm probably going to need one
-
Ah cheers guys I really appreciate it. I thought I could get away without painting the lip Flynn and although it was in pretty good shape it'd have stood out big time against the fresh paint. I might get away with relocating the header tank to be honest but if not then I'll probably just go half rad. What's a decent make to go for? JDMginge does your car run well on the itb's? I keep wanting some but love having a stock looking engine with sneaky mods. Plus I'd like to see what I would get with the Corolla mani on an emanage.
-
Sat here toying with ideas when itb's and an emanage blue come up on here. Thing is though all I seem to here about itb's are running issues and the car runs lovely with the Corolla intake and it all looks neat and tidy. Below is a pic of a paseo air feed I test fitted today which I think would help a bit when the cars moving at speed. Although it looks like I'd have to switch to a half rad as the plastic mouth sits on the pipe to the header tank. I also need to make a securing bracket for it too.

And yeh we def need a decent aftermarket mani. Deans work is really high quality from what I've seen. I'm pretty sure race tech would do one too as I've heard Ricky is pretty helpful and their work looks spot on too

Came up a treat mate. I replaced all the little nuts, bolts and washers in my bay before xmas and they've started to go off already :/ I think zinc plating is the way ahead
-
They do suit the car and colour mate definalty. Just love those pics from japfest though. Well let me know mate I'd def have them off you

Thanks guys really happy with how it's looking now, the guy did an amazing job so for anyone around the Andover area then 'Elite panel and paint' is where I had the work done. next on the list is an NA manifold and the wheels let the car down too so they will be in for a refurb once I've saved up.
-
They look nice mate but I prefer the speedlines, I'm a sucker for them ha ha I'm sure you won't be needing those centre caps now will you? ;)

No body seems to want to touch the SR :/ although I've just seen JDMginge's RW manifold and it looks the tits so I think I'll get in touch with him. Ha ha yeh Toyota did a lot with the induction side of the beams along with a few other bits but the exhaust mani is poo! Mind you the stock one on my gt4 was pretty decent.

Looks lovely mate, I really want a new exhaust manifold
-
Top lad, got a paseo intake from him, great condition and well wrapped.
-
Did you get the obx from eBay?
-
How much were you quoted mate can you remember? Thanks very much for the link
-
Because trying to get a custom one made around my area is like asking people to give me one of their legs I'm looking for an aftermarket option- cash waiting. Thanks
-
I've just picked up a paseo intake that fits right on to the stock starlet airbox so will let you know if it feels any better
-
I already have factory ones so thought hey should go to a good home
-
I get you want to be different mate I just don't think it suits the car but it's only my opinion.
-
Ha ha ha

You could get the one on the left slash cut- just not a fan of it how it is but obv its up to you
-
Cheers mate it's even cleaner now lol
