Oil filter housing has oil feeds on it. Thermo housing has water outlets. Id get fte injectors just to be safe

Anti squeal pads. Tried them on my old ebc's and they didnt work Have you got blank discs and ferrodo pads? I was advised to get mine grooved to reduce the the squeal but haven't tried it yet.

I might be a way off but isnt a link a standalone? You would be better off with a new loom as there would a fair bit of redundent wiring if my thinkings correct.
-
Was at Gatebil... its not even finished yet. Id imagine it might be making an appearance in the euro or world time attack with any luck

Only just seen this looks like quite a build! Seats are optional toyota. Also come in ae111 levin/truenos. Looking at the 4wd transferbox is it removable from the gearbox? As the box itself doesnt look far off a stock C series.
-
Youre going to have to change something. The final drive is the ring gear which is removable from the diff right?, can this not be made to fit the ae86 diff then What about running 86 hubs so the bearing then also fit. Or what about finding another rear axle from another car that runs the same FD as the starlet and make that fit instead?
-
You should get away with just undoing the shock bolts and the bracket for the brake line to get the driveshaft out the hub
-
Is there not a brake upgrade from almeras or primeras you could use. Wishbones would be extremely lucky if they fit but I doubt they would

Yeah. Te37's have been about donkey's years in japan. Rays/volks have been used in worldwide motorsport for years they're a forged wheel designed to take a beating. Rotas are cast so not as light and not up to the hammering of the volks. Id get on wikipedia and read up on volk/rays youll find a lot about them.
-
Least you got it sorted thats the main thing!
-
Best way is to google it as theres a few reps about now. But if youre buying from a registered dealer then you should be fine Volks with have volk/rays engineering cast into them, volks have the bolt holes slightly offset from the spokes. Where as rota grids are directly inline like so http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm44/wolfy20vrolla/untitled4.jpg You also get RAVS that are a copy and no doubt some more
