  1. I would stick to a better know brand. Eibach Tein H and R Spax Apex And hopefully someone will name a couple more or even reccomend a decent set.
  2. Also if toyota have stayed with the same manufacturer then the new corolla T sports use TTE for there uprated springs and they are made by eibach. So maybe you could see what they have to offer as might be the closest to what you have now.
  3. To be safe id stay with as close as you could find. A 30-35mm spring is only 5-10mm lower than the TTE so should be fine on your stock shocks.
  4. ^^ We're on the same wavelength haha
  5. Most parts generally dont just break you tend to get a bit of a warning. I tend to leave stuff until that point but when one side goes I do both as the other probably isn't far behind At that milage id be looking at ball joints, track rods, wishbone bushes as they will be getting old and tired and will all effect steering feel. Not sure on P/S pump or fluid though? Radiator and heater matrix should be ok if its had proper coolant in it. maybe just a good system flush and a fluid change. If its had just water then stuff could be corroding and shortened its lifespan Id like to think belts should have been done along with the cambelt and waterpump at around 60k? So should be ok, do they look dry or cracked?
  6. Since its for an Sr Its a TTE spring, only place you might be able to get one is Toyota. Best bet would be get a full set of aftermarket lowering springs. Sr's sit 25mm lower as standard so if you want it kept the same get a set as close to that as possible.
  7. I did mine hand tight then just a 1/8 to 1/4 turn. Going to jack it up and check them again soon but it seems ok after about 1000 miles

  15. I've got an n/a with a rear disc conversion and was having huge trouble with my rear brakes being non existant so have switched to a turbo valve.
  16. Just stumbled across this on fleabay. AShley backbox for a k11 micra http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/290628207961 Might not be exactly it but could be worth a try. Will need new hangers and maybe a new bit of piping but a viable option?

  21. Aye its pretty good. I've not got the best setup for low/mid range. 75mm trumpets with ITG sausage filter. Hks 4-1 mani. Fidanza Flywheel Sports cat 2.5 exhaust. Tomei poncams The cams have left a real flatspot below 3 because the vvt isnt working as efficiently as the could or should. So need to get it mapped. Best for mid range is imec trumpets in plenum with CAI and an FGK 4-2-1 mani wirh full exhaust. However I love the sound of the open throttles to aint too fussed lol
  22. Yeah I want to say they need like a 3mm spacer underneath, someone used their old discs and cut the center out to do it as it had the centerbore and bolt holes in them already.
  23. Yeah gotta be rob H. Mines April 2007 1.3 Sr with full chav spec mods. To now. 1.6 20v 182hp. Sutble glanza mods. Etc
  24. Woo will be cool to see a concours SR I can get the stickers dude. Got a mate working on getting a near identical printed set made up atm. Or I can get a cut vinyl set which a few other members are currently rocking. Id consider the 3 spoke leather 98 spec wheel though. Almost the same just black
  25. Do the astra discs need machining at all? With the The D4d discs do you need the spacer under the disc between the hub face? Hence the reason for the extended studs im guessing. Once you have that you are good to go.
