  3. As above, they've made it open to any toyota's so if youre local and about tomorrow 22nd july, head down to sainsburys at long water, new costessey from 7pm Ill be trying to make it down there so could be a good chance for some of us to meet up!
  4. Seen one you the gtturbo facebook page that used the rolla inlet mani on a turbo but he had extended the chamber on it to hold more air for some reason. Found it. Not sure why this has been done but there ya go
  5. Buy a glanza and put the sr kit and trim on it 10000000x easier ;)
  6. Not on fast corners no, i did have to raise my car 5mm on the front when i fitted them as they caught on the wing where the bumper mounted the wing. On slow full lock manoeuvres my car has always caught on full lock to the right 195/45/15's continentals and toyo t1r's and 195/50/15's ad08's and t1r's but thats just SR's a set of hub centric wheel spacers should sort that
  7. You have to do this dude! Times closing quick! I've just had a letter back from the dvla requesting a headed letter from a garage confirming my swaps legit (that took about 6weeks) told i have to send the letter back with the v5 but they still have that so not sure how im meant to manage that lol
  8. Thats a hasslegren build engine iirc, they build the TRD formula atlantic engines for the single seater toyota series in japan. 240hp 1.6 n/a 4age with dry sump so add another but they are fully build motors! German based company fucking amazing work and engines
  9. Thats that dutch one! think its 3sgte drag machine. Need to see a v6 conversion like geo suggested
  10. Yeah think it was not sure what the deal was, whether they cut and shut the chassis or went to town on the bodywork? Personally wouldnt it make more sense to do it with another toyota like a celica gt4?
  11. Naa surely not! Some of his video's are hilarious. So much torque steer it nearly came off the dyno.... Yeah right hahaha
  12. The evo one was just an evo with a starlet shell chucked on the top. Theres also a kp shell chucked on top of a volvo turbo chassis
  13. He the guy that keeps breaking his front engine mount?
  14. Yeah they are both 3sgte engines only really gearboxes/drivetrain thats difference
  15. Not because the thread will still be there.
  16. Cracking work as always! expect to see your brother infront of the civic soon ;)
  17. If ya want have a read of this. Explains it all pretty well! http://www.tuneruniversity.com/blog/2011/06/beating-the-heat-advantage-of-a-high-pressure-radiator-cap/
  18. ^^^ chrisgreen1993 i think is his user name has just got his running on a set if them. Even the tps was the same just needed a tab filing off the casing of the plug!
  19. Fair enough but i wouldnt waste my time on a 2zz Stock for stock N/a mods Bolt ons and a remap. K20 230-240hp 2zz very lucky with 210 Boosted as above 2zz 330 on a stock motor with supporting mods afterward you're testing the water K20 can make 400 and still be reliable. Its been done numberous times! Even 450 + with valve train mods That then makes one hell of a starlet! Haha
  20. I get that with mine as it is, everyone thinks its either boosted or a 2.0L But on this matter personally rather than the 2zzge (celica/corolla sport) i would go for a honda k20. The engine is much better, responds to n/a or boosted mods much better, cheaper for parts, more reliable. And the same amount of work to fit. Custom mounts (prob adjust hasport mounts to suit) driveshafts, wiring etc etc I know that goes against most peoples thoughts but you really cant go wrong with a K20
