  1. 258mph racing a turbo'd civic whilst listening to lazy boy in my td04'd glanza using my optional extra wind deflectors for added areodynamics.... blud
  2. I cant see it being that light from stock. I thought ep91's bottomed out 860-880kgs ish Saying that mines 940kgs with fuel and a 4age so maybe it is possible the 'dry' weight being that low?
  3. Mines the same, think I got about 44hp difference. Just go with it its only a rough guide
  4. First id really heard of them. Its under the dash behind the glove box on civics
  5. Yeah I am, I didnt think we did but thought id ask anyway
  6. Bit of a random one really, my mate was on track in his ek civic last night and spun off at the end of his session. nothing bad but the car cut out and would not start, got towed back to the pits where one of my other mates hopped in and flicked this 'inertia switch' and it fired up straight away. Anyway do ep's or any other toyotas use them, as this is the first I've even heard of them last night lol
  7. Just drop a 5efe in and be done with it. Or if really hunting n/a power put a hi revving n/a engine in like a 4age. Prob be done cheaper than hunting around buying all them parts. My first 16v 4age swap cost me around £700 on the road
  8. Haha well its easier once you've done it a few times
  9. Haven't you just had a new engine fitted? if so your hubs would have been off for that so that's when your tracking would have been out out
  10. Mine I just tucked under and around the back where possible. Moved earths to the back or low down out of sight. And there is no 4efe stuff in mine any more other than the fuse box and diagnostics port. When we wired it in we striped the 4efe engine loom out, layed the 4age stuff in ran it roughly where it needed to go then plugged it all in. Wired in what needed splicing into fuse box and dash loom etc. Fired it up then I spent the next couple of nights unwrapping it all, pulling each plug wiring out individually and rerunning it neatly and out of sight. Once finished running them all back
  11. Ahh I see n naa you shouldn't have affected the tracking changing the brakes

    STARLET SR wanted

Also what lip does it have? lol
  13. Starlet bays are a bit of a twat tbf. Gave mine a tidy more than a tuck as the gromet thru tte bulkhead is always visible. Then you have all the brake lines and clutch line that really need rrunning down low or thru the side of the car. Then the ignitor and kinglead are still floating arond looking untidy. :/ Anyway heres mine still loads on display
  14. Ftt will probably be imported to the same area. Or registered around there at least. Theres a few like that around our area
  15. But why did it stop if you put the old discs back on? lol
  16. Sounds like a salesman for jet hot coatings lol I wrapped mine for 2 reasons. My itbs are at the back of my bay with no cold air supply so the air passing over the manifold would get heated up. And they were 2nd hand and not in best nick so wrapping them covered it up and looked better lol
  17. Ill have a look tonight n see if I've got them
  18. A Gt aggressor xc3 is what I got a couple of years back. £250 brand new was just cheap because it was last yeare model
  19. I got a Gt for £250 from halfords was last years model but cant go wrong with a gt imo
  20. Just incase you're thinking of heading down to Thetford tonight, don't they've been stopped lol
  21. Maybe get some pictures? Is it a 98 5efe against a 96 4efe? I remember someone saying later 4eftes had different cams to earlier ones, maybe its the same with all engines?
  22. The 98 spec interior is more sought after and fetches more. Rear bench £50-80 fronts £70-100 door cards £40ish Id say a full set would be somewhere around £130-180 depending on condition and how bad someone wants rid. Edit: just seen this is 2 months old lol
  23. Tbh mate I'd take them mobile dynos with a pinch of salt. Not the most accurate dyno's by a long way. A corolla tsport with an intake and cat back made 240.6 which was up 50hp lol Not saying its that far out but just be aware. If it is accurate then that's a good figure
  24. Thats awesome, he looks so chuffed haha Our club chipped in a got a mate a new engine for his birthday a few years back.
