  2. Is that that diesel starlet, smokes enough to be!!
  3. As someone mentioned 4eftes are non interference. Stick a new belt on yours and fire it up.
  4. Take the cambelt cover off and check that belt as well. But id deffo take off the aux belts and fire it up and see if it stops it
  5. couldnt you just pull the top of the door out and press the door unlock button with a coat hanger or welding rod. thinking of this i remember back in the day when it was acustom to carry a old coat hanger around with ya. my old dear was forever locking the keys in our old cortina dad would just wonder up to some randomer and ask for a coat hanger and strangely everyone had one haha
  6. i say do it, get a ep91 for a couple of hundred £££ if you ruin an N/a then who the fuck cares! just dont do it to a glanza or an SR!!!
  7. nope. Although i have looked proper pikey as my keyfob died meaning i couldnt turn my alarm off, so theres me rummaging around trying to find the fuse for the alarm! haha also I've been locked out my house when my rents went on holiday. smashed the smallest window i could, turned out to be the most expensive to replace

  9. there was talk of a ukso pick up but nothing came of it. dont know of any having been done though
  10. yeah but lazy does tent to cost more though haha
  11. tbh it is easier to assemble it all first and just swap the beam, 5 bolts to swap the beam iirc. both shocks trailing arms panard rod then cables and brake lines
  12. Is yours an OEM lsd box or aftermarket? if yours is OEM this one will fit.
  13. its been linked before but not a wiki or anything.
  14. thats an lsd box. you will need the complete rear mount and the drivers side driveshaft.
  15. Its for a tercel but they are almost the same as our cars. step by step guide http://www.tercelreference.com/articles/rear_brake_conversion/rear_brake_conversion.html
  16. haha ok mate. yeah im running a gt one, i didnt know at the time i could have just got the parts but tbf i got beam (its also 10 or 20mm narrower than a glanza one) , calipers new discs and pads and cables plus a brand spanking new cusco brace for £160 collected from doncaster when i got my corolla from the same place. 3 birds with one stone haha ill try find the thread where it shows using the drum beam with a disc conversion. so just incase you might want to hold on to that phone call!
  17. 99% mate I've got 4 calipers sitting in a box but need to make a good pair out of the set, stick them on mine then make another good pair out of the set off of mine and the left over bits. lol if you fancy a go at refurbing a set i can post you a pair out for a bit of ££???
  18. no you need calipers, carriers, brake lines, and handbrake cables from a turbo. the beam is actually the same on both i believe
  19. Afraid not. The oil pump packed up on mine a scored the crank. If i bothered to find a place to regrind it i'd probably buy some hi comp pistons and a 20v head and built another engine lol I've also forgot I've got a balanced hicomp bottom end for a bigport 16v but the pistons are marked so unsure if theyre usable. If i see of a full engine ill let you know though
  20. I've got various 4age 16v hi torque parts. Head Inlet and exhaust mani's Cams Block Pistons Flywheels Old gearboxes Pumps and pulleys Etc
  21. Mines fine And So's my corolla All im saying is n/a all the way, nice and reliable Mind it did take 4 engines and 4.5 years to get it working right haha
  22. ^^ lol Happy birthday dude. Id get shit faced haha
  23. As above. Been done, the lad was on here for a bit then vanished. Fair about of custom work involved as you'd expect...
