  2. Thats it Two bolts on the back of the caliper pull it off of the disc. Might need a little leaver if theres a lip. Pull disc off put new ones on caliper back on (might need to push piston in with a g clamp or something) and you're done

  5. Its actually a Subaru justy so is 4wd, with a swift gti g13b motor with a t28 and forged pistons, made 214whp @ around 1.1-1.2 bar otherwise a stock motor afaik! Absolute animal considering it weights 900kgs which is less than my car haha

  9. 97-01 corolla. Great cars comfy spacious, reliable, quiet. Pre 99 use 4efes or 4afes. Later are vvti engines Cheap insurance as theyre a grandads car lol
  10. Its Minus 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 1 0.5 bar is about 7.35 psi so is fine

  12. So gasket has arived and layed it over the flange on the exhaust and its spot on. Happy days! Checked the mating surfaces and they're fine, didnt think they'd be a problem but doesn't hurt to check Was going to fit it but its so damn hot im going to leave it until an evening during the week instead im going to proceed to get drunk in the sun Not bad considering it was done from a pencil rubbed bit of paper, scanned in and then made up All credit to 1990timeismoney for that. Not sure on the lsd boxes but if you were on it you could drop a box in an hour. crack it open in another (use taggys guide) get the diff out and replace the bearing in another (around £100 i think) then 3 hours back together so say 6-8hours (max) labour at £40ph? plus parts should really only cost £450 to do diff bearings Or man up and have a go yourself

  19. Haha no worries, me and my mate had issues and worries when wiring mine up so rather than you do the same i thought id give you a heads up. Yeah if the plate you weld to is part of the chassis then mounting onto that will be fine as it will allow the igniter to earth. 1) Little witches hat is air intake temp sensor. Ideally wants to be as close to the air filters as possible as the ecu adjusts itself to suit the air temp. Mine is inside the filter housing. 2) shouldn't be a problem if in doubt you can always run a wire from what you want to earth out to an existing earthing point. 3)the b
  20. Not sure if you've tryied it yet but iirc the igniter needs to be bolted down as it needs that to earth out to work. So if it doesnt fire up that would be why That is assuming you've moved the coil and igniter to fit the catch tank.
