Well my mate joe's been having a think today about the fact theres no dedicated toyota meets for everybody to get together with. You get your honda meets at mimms, bug jam and ford and vauxhall shows etc but nothing in england similar for toyotas. So he's proposing a toyota based rwyb at santa pod, not sure on any dates or anything yet but just trying to get the word circling and see what interest there may be. Anyway to show your interest heres a page he's started to try get the ball rolling Edit: Link doesn't work so try facebook searching Toyota central day and run what you brung day.

Id have to cut a gap out for my manifold shorten the sides for clearance on the wheels and it also sticks out either side a good 2-3" haha Would be epic though
-
Yeah browners matress is probably made of coilovers. Its annoying normally as products sell more the price should come down but with our cars they seem to go up and up
-
Heres something for ya. My brother picked this up from some time attack team, its an ex BTCC honda accord splitter and under tray, he planned on fitting it to his ef but i think it suits my car quite well Oh and its a mix of carbon fibre moulded over alloy mounting plates

I like the new wheels, gun metals a good choice, hard to say what would look good on a pink car but thats pretty universal! Can see you having scrubbing issues with them if theyre 15" lol
-
My rarb creaked, greased up the bushes and it went away. But could be beam bushes as well.

99.9% sure all uk spec ep91's have immobilisers dude, only cat 2 but its something!

Im running a 9" as its what i had left over from my last setup but its quite small. My car does run really cold though so hardly ever hear it turn on. Id guess around 11" would be the norm.

Ahh mines 8. Ae86's have 200mm clutches and theres some mega powered ones of them about
-
Are they 6 or 8 bolt on 4efte's?
-
Old 4ages have 200mm clutches. Newer ones are 212 and I know the 212mm ones are the same as 4eftes I wouldnt be surprised if theres some upgraded ones for the 200mm 4ages you could use. Saying this i have a lightened 212mm 4age flywheel here if you're interested?

I've just spent the last 45mins trying to find this video!! The digital reading is the one to go by not sure what the other ones reading but the speed theyre going past the cars and lorries its gotta be in excess of the 125 the other one reads! Nutters!! http://youtu.be/g6rS3OCwy6A

I've got to try find it now, was on here somewhere i think lol
-
Yeah i bet, I've seen a video of it doing like 180+ mph on a motorway! Imagine that in a sardine can!!

The airbag light should come on with ignition lights and go off soon after starting. Erm fuel pump im not sure on, my corolla doesn't prime and neither does my starlet, but my starlets not running a efe of any shape or form so i cant say. But yeah shouldnt hear it after turning the key off :/
-
Is your airbag light not on after disconnecting it? Lol Get the cowl off and Just put it next to the key in the barrel and try start the car before faffing about loads getting it back it place. Just check that it is that. It should just start straight up if its back in place.
-
Yellow lead it air bag i think (mines disconnected since i brought it 6 years ago lol) Yeah if you've had the plastic cowl off very high chance you've moved the imm ring out of range. I moved mine ever so slightly to fit a different cowl and it stopped the car from starting!

The one under the bonnet has both fuses and relays for various bit and bobs. The one in the foot well im on about is beside the accelerator, remove the sill trim and corner piece below the dash and knee panel and theres and board of relays and shizzle under there as well
