  1. Dont forget the flux capacitor and remote internal baffle dampener. Every stick = 5hp each so worth noting each of them! Tyres filled with helium to reduce unsprung weight
  2. Holy fucking shit... its finished!! Praise the lord and the virgin mary the man has boost again! Seriously though, congrats and enjoy
  3. 6 little surrounds? Surrounding what?
  4. Vitara pistons are used on boosted engines as they handle it well. Also 75.5 is right on the limit of the block!
  5. Multicars an idea actually. They fucked mine up after the second year. Should have had 6yncb on one car and 2 on the other. Came back 5 years and 6 years for some reason.... No complaints from me though Sent copies of the proof off to my new company and alls good
  6. Whats your other motor? Try insuring (quote) without no claims on that and then see what the gt would be with the ncb on it
  7. Not from toyota and not all that cheap buuuut.... http://www.precisionintl.com/Stock.aspx?Code=PTO4E40202E&EID=4356 Oversized 4efe pistons. Measurements are in imperial 0.020" is .5mm you can also get 0.040" or 1mm oversized from there
  8. When i say oversize i mean 81mm stock an 81.5mm oversize. Like after a rebore piston. Do they not do this for 4efe's?
  9. True but i think he's running a 5efe, find some forged n/a pistons lol
  10. Dont toyota do oversized pistons? Im sure they do for 4ages. :/ might have a quick google about... Yeah toyota do oversize pistons for 4age's so surely they would for 4e's?
  11. The ecu will most likely have different plugs. If you're niffty with a soildering iron you could rewire them to suit your loom. If you were to do that you would be best off with the jdm ep80 4efe ecu as that has the highest rev limit (around 7500rpm) and probably the most agressive map of all 4efe's
  12. Just post it in lifestyle general and let one of the mod decide where it belongs. Also if people get to the route of the problem then it can then be moved once its sorted. To me your problem sounds like a brake disc heat/dust sheild rubbing on a disc
  13. A lad in europe was making like 115-20hp on a 4efe but that was running some serious mods for a 4efe. Might even had been on throttlebodies. From what you've said if (might need a adjustable fuel pressure regulator) id expect around the 100 mark. Also just had a gander on google. Inlet and exhaust manifold are different on the 4efe 89hp models, injectors differ and most likely the map on the ecu. So get the cast 4-2-1 mani from a 97-99 bugeye corolla as well try the injectors as well and then get some higher octane fuel (v-power or tescos momentum 99ron) and get someone who has some det hea
  14. Lol surely some1 on the site has an old 4e sump u could have for peanuts?!! But yes cable ties and gaffa will work!
  15. Good to see it all cleaned up after the previous pics at the tuners What polish have you been using? i cant get mine to shine any more!

  20. If he didnt have a missus and a wedding to pay for he probably would haha I did enquire about a ticket but he only got it back together a week ago so not really enough testing
  21. Try the traders on here, Tuning developments or id-workz might stock them. Not too sure.
  22. Unfortunately not, he's just had some problems with it popping the core plugs out the head so wants to clock some miles up locally before doing a long journey. However the owner is my passenger. Lol
  23. Awww ill let you borrow my mascot dan, mooncat he's a good lad!
  24. Just get the speedo convertor. When you go out for the first time take a satnav/gps device and sit at a constant 60 on the sat nav and see what the difference is between the speedo and satnav Will probably be about 65ish on the speedo
  25. Yes! Deffinately although it will still be pretty dark up till like 6:30
