Can i pay extra and get my ticket posted to me? Not much in the way of a convoy from the east and ill prob head down with my mates anyway
-
Looks like my mates aren't being lame this year, i shall get my ticket brought tonight
-
ohh my god!! i would kick her out for being so blonde!
-
Dont think these can be plugged in (correct me if im wrong) but its easy to run the diagnostics anyway
-
You can run a diagnostics on it will flash up a code an then you can see what the error could be. Case of looping a couple of pins in the diag plug and turning the ignition on and the engine light should flash a sequence
-
The map sensor should compensate for any differences that mani would have. Nothing to worry about really
-
Its the other side if the country and until i get to at least london there isnt anybody to convoy with. (My mates are laaaammmeeeee!!)

Making me think i really should pull my finger out and come to this!

When you say surround the bit against the clock faces or the round bit that sits just inside the dash? -
My mates mk2 golf had this done to his rear arches then filled and sprayed over. He wasnt very impressed when he found out

Thats where this suggestion comes in. "If its even possible"

Its not they are 1600's this is a 1800. The cam covers on FA engines are raised towards the cam gears whereas these are stock 16v 4age cam covers. Finding the parts for a FA engine is hard enough and prob cost more than custom parts lol I put money on this being a custom hi-comp 7age 16v build. Just had a quick read up on it, it used to run a hasslegren (formula atlantic engine builders) 4age but now runs a hasslegren built 7age with a similar spec'd build to that of the 4age. So essentially its a 7age formula atlantic engine which is mostly custom shizzle Hasslegren http://hasselgren.co

Realistically maybe £350-400 at the very max in that condition (quite good). Just because theyre trd, they are now very old and theres better on the market for only a little bit more. I definitely wouldnt pay £600
-
Wow thats impressive!
-
As long as the rear is or can be adjusted softer than the front, the same with spring rates. Hard on the rear will make it skitty as hell, especially if your stripped out. But other than that it should be fine
-
Yes there is a slight difference but i cant tell you what it is
-
Haha I've considered doing a conservative version of this myself I'd guess the power would be around the 230-250fly hp and torque 150lbft ish but in such a light car it must fly! Lol
-
Been about a while this, 1800 frankenstein 7age build but this will most likely have custom crank with forged rods and hi comp pistons 7age is 7afe block, crank and rods With either a 4age 16v or 20v head and pistons Then a Porsche 944 cambelt lol
-
Tbh i don't think they do which is a shame but theres some real nice N/a's hiding in the woodwork. Dont worry im keeping an eye on yours and a quite a few others Drop us a pm when your 100% made up on them n ill see what i can do
-
Get it running put it back to stock and advertise the fiberglass on the fastcar or max power forum, some chav will buy it for silly money, then sell it before it breaks lol
-
I keep an eye on most the non glanza rep n/a threads just incase theres some nice idea's i can steal
-

Naa the green one goes near the thermostat onto a temperature switch when it gets hot it turns the fan on In a similar place to mine, in the lower middle right of this picture is the exact sensor that that plug goes onto (it has a black wire pushed into it on this picture) Its probably the one for that hashed sensor with the cut wires on it but someones changed the sensor. That or you have the newer 3 wire sensor that does Ecu, fan on/off and dash temp all on one sensor which might be the triangle shaped one next to the hashed sensor under the dizzy
