  1. To the answer of your second question yes they do, nothing special required!
  2. As far as im aware u cant weld ally to steel (chassis) so would have to be riveted or use a thin steel sheet, window range 2nd hand I've seen the back 3 go for £120ish but new I've seen them as much as £400+
  3. The only thing with a td04 it would be quite laggy, not sure if it would be ideal for a rally car, im sure a better choice of turbo could easily be obtained within you budget though, just im not the one to advise you of this as I've never looked into it.
  4. Prob an m10 fine so 1mm pitch at a guess, im assuming its where a front engine mount can be bolted up in a different car? Theres two holes pointing towards the bottom of the rad sort of area?
  5. If you fold the back seats down you can crack 210mph due to the improved areodynamics ;) lol
  6. Totally agree, prob spent the best part of my life on that game
  7. It reminds me of need for speed underground 2 cruising round the city at night time lol pretty cool!

  12. Id go for the rain sports then i think, i havnt tryed them personally but a few people on here rate them, the other option is the likes of a goodyear aysemetric 2 or bridgestone potenza of some description, which should have good alround road holding, as for track ad08's are £75-80 a corner r888's which are more track biased are £110 + which are on par with the yoko AO08 track tires for a similar price ;)
  13. I've found my cars got worse for tram lining since fitting my lsd box, i was going to get the geo setup and see if that helps, as far as tyres go, I've had toyo t1rs and on a low powered car there fair dry or wet until they wear down obvs now have yoko ad08's and these are superb in the dry and pretty desent in the wet but only if you can keep them warm which is quite hard lol
  14. Technically yes atmosphere is a bar but most sensors for cars will be set to read 0 at atmosphere as its neutral and works as a standard to go by so 3 bar would be fine upto 44ish psi which usually more than enough
  15. 30-32 it depents if theyve been replaced, i have both on mine, and i can manage mine with a standard socket in a halfrauds tool kit ;)
  16. Had the pleasure of meeting him last night, sound guy and very clean car, a nice addition to the UKSC family!
  17. On my 4age it leaked after i had it powercoated, chipped the paint off where the oring sits as it had made the oring stretch more than it should and cause it to split when pushed in the hole, replaced it and its been fine ever since. Any oring close to the size u need will be fine toyota want about £3 for something worth 2p lol
  18. Get it priced up for a repair and see if she'll pay, if not go insurance or live with it. Is it visual when the boots closed? If not id leave it i forget my cars had a slight shunt since straightening it out!
  19. if not camskills sell a rebuild kit for both sides for about £50
  20. this might be of some use to a few members on here whether it be for buying/selling or just identifing what might be inside your gearbox, note the stock lsd below is NOT for a EP and i do not know what they look like, but a OEM LSD box can be identified in the wiki section here http://www.ukstarlet...&id=2&record=21 all info is taken from the toyota levin/trueno forum, http://s15.zetaboard.../6706511/1/#new I know these are from a levin gearbox but they use the same gearboxes and diff's but with different bellhousings so they are interchangable STD Open STD (not necessarly true for stock starlet) c56/c160 helical (note broken teeth from 6speed) TRD Mechanical clutch plate Kazz Mechanical Clutch plate Cusco clutch type. now there are plenty more diff's to choose from and if people have them i think it might be handy to have a couple of pics of them for reference so fellow members know what they are buying. hope this helps some people out http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/smile.png
