Rare Purple Stalet GT - Project (Back up For Sale)

So it needs a new gearbox or thrust bearing and turbo or is it more likely the rings? Im almost tempted by this, but no i shouldnt lol -
If yoir only running one pipe to it then either to the floor or put a filter on it, altho if its got one on the top it id run the othe to the floor as it would look odd with a second filter on it lol

Yea thats the biggest problem, im sure with the money u could get 150hp + but that would be silly £££ and i have an obx 4age manifold on my car, tbh its actually pretty decent, i had to make a spacer plate to get the height as it was really close to the sump and i also opened up the ports on the flanges a they wernt matched an were causing restrictions but it was £90 brand new so im not suprised they didnt open the ports up to match the pipework for that price, its now 3years old and never had a problem with it!

Id say you might manage 130hp with 5efhe cams and maybe a thinner headgasket aswel as the above mentioned mods, n/a tunings expensive for relitively little gains. Not sure what a 5efe starts life as but if a 5efhe is 110hp? Then i would have thought 130 from a lower comp engine with milder cams would be quite hard to manage imo ;)

If we can get sat/sunday over night pass for less that £60 then possibly if not, then no

Lower it within an inch of the floor? Lol Other than that, Not that i know of. You can get cheaper kits than that £50 or so but my mate went thru 2 sets within a month, then brought skunk2 ones and never had a problem upto the point he sold his car a year later

Front camber and rear ek camber kits ;) />http://www.funkypower.com/catalogue.php?make=HONDA&model=CIVIC&year=1996-00+CIVIC&level1=SUSPENSION+%26+STABILITY&level2=CAMBER+CORRECTION+KITS&man=

Ek's run a twin wishbone setup, you need to purchase some camber adjustable upper wishbones, d2 skunk2 racing and the likes make them. If you look in front arches they are the Y shaped brackets that the shock goes thru near the top, they have a ball joint on them. The rears you can buy adjustable camber arms from the same companys, or you can put washers under the mounting point. If you need lots of adjustment this wont work or you will have to get longer bolts ;) Dont buy cheap as they dont last ;)

From northern ireland no its classed as uk/britain no tax import etc, but southern it needs to be classed as imported unfortunately not part of uk etc insurance blah blah becomes more of a chore but it can be done

The other thing is, the phono output in the back of your head unit, some are sub only outputs an some are front/rear speaker outputs, make sure you have your phono leads pluged into the rear phono outputs otherwise you may find you wont get the full range of sound sent to the amp ;) Also what head unit have you got someone may have a similar one and can help you out with the settings on that aswel

-
tbf I've got the money for good deposite on a house but i dont want one, i dont see the fascination on being skinted out by buying a house within 5 miles of my parents, more so when i can live at home for free

Standard N/A EP91 - where to start with handling?
morgey replied to Xpect's topic in Chassis & Suspension
You dont get rear lower braces as our cars have a rear beam, or do you mean the lower of the 2 rear braces, being the strut top brace? I fitted one to mine and tbh cant say I've noticed it
