  1. i did just find a car with a dashtop box in it, its in jdm land if your interested!! http://61.121.200.22/used_car/toyota/starlet/10396529/
  2. I think i burnt one of them the other day :| Only joking
  3. 1. Michael 2. Starlet-Matt 3. Liam_D (going down the strip...) 4, Socks 5. El_man 6. Whitegv 7. Morgey, ill see if some of my mates are game aswel ;)
  4. You can also get better nozzles that have a better spray and less spit. Someone did link to them once before, he did his front bumper and had really good results
  5. cheers dude well it needs refurbing as theres rust bubbles coming through and gun metal doesnt go with anything else on the car lol haha you know I've never noticed that till you pointed it out, i think we need carbon covers to be made for them!
  6. trying to make my mind up with the colour. will be replacing the bolts with zinc coated ones black brace/white ends white brace/black ends black brace/ cleaned ally white brace/ cleaned ally or sugestions???? how it currently looks in my engine bay
  7. one like this is what I've got, will have to do a small amount of wiring http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-14-355-mm-Radiator-Electric-Cooling-Fan-Slimline-Front-or-Rear-Mount-/380426393033?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item58932e15c9
  8. hahaha i do not envy you in the slightest, you should try doing a swap that barely anyones done before then talk about having problems with wiring anyway sorry bout that lol, good luck dude im sure some1 can help you out!
  9. Yeh enzo will be worth a try, not sure where there based but they had a dealership/garage a few miles away from me but thats closed down now. There a fairly big company try googling them, matt browns the guy I spoke to in england then he referred me to miguel in japan who owns/runs it I think, and he was very helpful and was a bit of a toyota nut aswel
  10. think enzo's taking a break from importing cars atm (correct me if im wrong) the other option will be more expensive but any import company would be worth a shot. if there desent they'll give you a rough price and then find some examples with pictures etc i got an engine through new era imports, there service was spot on
  11. but look at the shipping cost $27... but yes if you could find a supplier in england that would bring the price down as they'd buy in bulk ;)
  12. mines fine, got a gearbox to swap when i can be bothered but thats not necessary for it
  13. Its ok I've sorted it now
  14. The main increase in air speed would be from the intake runners, my 4age with stock 45mm itbs had an 80mm hole on the intake plenum standard. The bigger the tb the easier it is to fill the plenum chamber meaning less vaccum therefor easier for it to rev up i.e more power but prob less torque. This is however just my thinking not proof in any way ;)
  15. Get a glanza loom, then theres a few sensors that are needed from the 91 4efte, u also need the indicator stalks from the V. I dont no wat sensors they are I've never done a 4efte swap, but its been covered 1000000000000 times lol a quick search should uncover what u need to know
  16. the easiest way might be to measure the thickness of your old disc and have that cut up, all your bolt holes and the centrebore is the right size aswell. all they need to do is machine the outer so the centre plate was left and was small enough to fit inside the new disc's. if i had an old set here id machine them up and send them to ya but unfortunately i dont.
  17. if its not the right disc you have to put a spacer under the disc (on top of the hub) and get longer wheel studs aswel. theres lots off different ways of going about fitting them thought but ^^^ that sounds like your problem ;) a machine shop could knock these up no problem!
  18. not sure if its the same colour but heres a link to the glanza colour guide http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?app=ccs&module=pages&section=pages&id=2&record=23 but if it is the colours Azure Blue 8K9
  19. Cheers buh The fitting wasnt that bad once you get over the idea of chopping your car up, it was mounted in a day! it was everything thats involved to get it drivable, driveshafts, wiring (althought that was shedloads easier the 2nd time round when we new what we were doing) Then all the little bits here and there lol
  20. I recon ill be up for this, got a new manifold and gearbox and guna let some air out the tyres, 15.05 to beat! Lol
  21. Yeah worth ago but like you say if the rest are working its prob not a fuse. If your clocks dodgy could possibly be an earth but I doubt they use the same one. The motor isnt too bad to change but I did break part of the plastics that spread the light across the dials on mine :/
  22. Nice little motor! Looks like the blue that you can get glanza's in. Check the wiki section think theres a brochure for them in there ;)
  23. Ahh ok, yep fuse is under the steering wheel, worth checking them with a multimeter as sometimes u cant tell if theyve blown. Not sure if the signal comes straight from the distributer or if it goes through the ecu 1st Theres also the fusebox in the engine bay but I dont know what in there could affect it. The only other thing is a bad earth or the stepper motor for the counters fubar'd. I have got a set paseo dials in bits you could have the motor from them if you want to try it?
  24. As above I need the small plastic clip that the front indicator pushes into. Can paypal or bank transfer Cash waiting Cheera Morgey
