Here's my last receipt for fuel, I filled up when it was on the empty mark. Judging by the receipt and according to what Morgey said above about a 38.4L tank on a starlet, I still had 6.71L left in my tank when it was on the empty mark.

I'll check the TB gasket and the vac pipes, Where else would be handy to check? It's a straight run to the depot, so no up and down gears. Once i'm in 5th I keep it at 55 all the way..Not thrashing it one bit

Hi, I've been driving my SR the last two weeks (I don't use it much, I have a works van for work), and noticed it uses a fair amount of fuel....I go to and from my training depot with it when i'm not at work...which is 22 miles away (44 miles round trip) A full (to the brim) tank lasts me only four days, and it's just on the empty line when I get home on the fourth day. So 176 miles give or take. Am I wrong in thinking this is a bit shit on fuel? I've been looking online at the n/a fuel tank capacity, but the info seems to differ from each source...37L, 40L, 42L etc... What's the capacity of the N/A tank? Jamie
