Ok when the car is first started up from cold I get 65-70 psi which is around 4 and a half bar/5bar. When the car is all warmed up and on idle I get about 20psi which is about 1.4 bar that's with the Rev needle on 1k revs, Of course using the revs the oil pressure will go up and taking foot of throttle pedal it will go back down again, obviously if I used the screw on the throttle body and now idled at 1200 revs the oil pressure will go up slightly, hope this makes sense decdd :-)

I'm thinking same as you gorgan I would be very very surprised if the crank didn't need a regrind, I did an engine rebuild, and thanks to a good mechanic and a very trusted person on here I got through it, but it was a lot of ball ache and stress at the time, I would personally, get the crank out (I know it's much more work) and get it to a engineers place it needs to be checked, and measured etc etc, other then that try find a good crank which is fine (think socks had one for sale) but you just can't put new big and main bearings in a think it's gonna be ok, it is a pain in the ass I know I been though it, and it's a right ass fucker but it's the only way your gonna get your car back running good again

Yeah I know the feeling mate money is a pain in the ass, yeah them eBay ones are rubbish, went through two of them in a matter of months, ok if you get a standard one there is a restrictor in the 3rd port, someone on here will know how to grind/dermel it out etc, so that could be a good start for you

Yeah here's my glow panel too, as dale said thy come up from time to time but they are not cheap either someone wanted 200 quid for one although whitenoize on here has one for 60 pound yes it has a crack in it, but to be honest I don't think your gonna get one that cheap, I haven't got any cracks in mine, but a sheet of tint or flyeye will cover the crack in whitenoize one I would personally go for the one he has for sale

Yeah Mikey certainly maintained this car when he had it, looks alittle worse now, which is a shame, the way this bloke has advertised it, doesn't give the car bonus points at all
