Once again I put a new stainless steel one on and as usual it's cracked after 2 months now looking for something that won't crack of course please, can't afford anything new as just haven't got the money ideally looking for someone who's gone td04 etc and looking to sell there second hand one. Would concider an external one if of course there's an external wastegate with the manifold Thanks guys Pat

I would check for a break in the knock sensor wire first it's the blue one which runs through the injector loom well my one is on the GT as had this before just before you go buy another knock sensor when you might not have too

Yep Adam I agree is such a shame to hear this once again with these engines, 4.3psi mate as you know is absolutely nothing this has got to be new shells and a crank reground on the engine above, surely this is down to faulty oil pump?

Remember we spoke about this once before adam mate toyota recommend 7 psi as a minimum and even we agreed that's bloody low

I've had the crack to in the manifold before but I did have alittle bit of boost was boosting to about 0.3 bar think it was so it did have a affect on boosting

Front mount is a great one to check as I've had this before Jubilee clip came very loose lost boost completely, someone can't remember who it was on here suggested a smoke test aswell but with one of them e-cig things take big drags and blow down the dump valve pipe and smoke will come out where the leak is

Bug mate maybe ring up midland turbo and ask for Liam and take it from there

Please make sure you double even triple check the lines are right when fitted mate you definitely don't want coolant going down the cylinders

Would also check intercooler pipe clips are done up tight, and also check manifold for cracks too
