Yup but its pointless going over 24fps seeing as your eye can't see it. Only useful if you want to do slow-mo stuff

The main difference between the black and the others is 4k, higher MP stills and better audio. If you don't need 4k or the other stuff and all of the others do 1080p at 24fps.
