  2. If you have the stock boost controller plumbed in leave it venting to atmosphere or you end up in lo boost all the time. If not just remove it / loop it / block it off, it doesnt really matter.
  3. Whats plate on this red rep? Wounder if it's my old car?
  4. Looks mega, seriously considering spraying my schniders white now!
  5. As above, you can book online now too and pay by paypal, its just full of win. I have sent alloys and an exhaust with them now. Don't be supprised if a City Link van comes to pick them up though, think they out source a lot of stuff to them
  6. Errrmmm.........Thanks. I did actually lol. I sold him a gear knob incase anyone is confused.
  7. Ive finally worked out why I thought Neova's were never in the UK, the version I had were totally different and looked like this: They are infact S1 Yokohama Advan Neova LTS, which were made and supplied only for the S1 Lotus Elise. They are still available via Lotus using the following part numbers: Lotus part numbers RHF LOTAC05260 LHF LOTAC05261 RHR LOTAC05262 LHR LOTAC05263 No idea how much they cost but may be worth a shot if you REALLY wanted the neova's.
  8. Yeah I am mega pleased with it Sparky, drives so well, looks a treat and is just a nice car to be in. Plates were from eBay Liam, here to be exact http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...e=STRK:MEWNX:IT Real good quality too, proper reflective perspex stuff, not that horrible printed on cheap tack black plastic stuff. Also has all the MOT stuff really small so will pass an MOT but cant even tell the markings are there.
  9. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNwspuknXsc This has no middle box and stock manifold, it was a lot throatier after I fitted an aftermarket manifold!
  10. Updates. Firstly new plates without the GB logo and proper 13 x 6.5 import size rather than the 13 x 7 plates that were on there. Next up seating arrangements! A little seat party They are a set of Evo 4 Recaro's, both on genuine Recaro rails with the drivers side having the low position rail from my silver car. Fitted very snug and are a massive improvement over stock seats, I dont know how people live with stock seats, these sit you where you should be sitting and give a much better feel for the car! They are a real sweet match to the standard interior and look rather OEM in a 98 spec. After that I made some interior adjustments! My old DVD/TV everything player back in and some new gauges! Not forgeting my JAM gear knob and short shifter, nice to have a sold shifter again. These gauges do look mega although they are blatent copies of Defi's, i dont mind. Then yesterday it had its first proper clean under my ownership New 'Starlet' decal added also You can see here it shines up really well! One of the engine bay, changes in here have been the wrapped intercooler piping, removal of the bov, and fitment of my CUSCO BMCS what a difference that makes, never noticed on the old car because it was there from when I got it but after fitting it to this I was amazed at the improvment of pedal feel. Still got a few remaining bits to swap over from my old car. No real future plans just keep it clean and enjoy it! Feels like my car now too which is good
  11. This one looks bang on http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-CIVIC-ALUM...=item2a125034e6
  12. I just got one of these, fits well nice, come with fitting kit, and wires up correctly for pull function just like the stock fan. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...e=STRK:MEWNX:IT If you want one that bolts up properly maybe go for something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-CIVIC-92-0...=item1e65163051
  13. Download emanage software and plug it in to your computer see if at least detects it.
  14. Thermo not sealing, hose not holding where it joins thermo housing, they would be the obvious suspects. Get it cleaned up, up to temp and watch what happens, im sure you will be able to pin point it when its running.
  15. I had Neovas on my first Glanza when it came in off the boat and they were immense! By far the best tyre I have ever had, took them all way down to the canvas and they were still better than the parada's I replaced them with. Didnt even realise they were available in UK. You defo wont be disappointed with them!
  16. Not yet just bored of the laaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggggggg..........
  17. Mehhhh none of this with my Plug & Play lol, guess ill leave it until a re-map.
  18. As per title, My new car is running a mapped EMB at 0.9 bar and I am a full emb newb, dont have a clue on the in's and out's of it. Its currently running off a manual boost controller and spools pretty slow / late. Can I plumb in my ebc and bring the boost on quicker upto the same boost level of 0.9 bar without a remap or is the map specific as to when the boost comes on?
  19. I have a tuning developments pump in my new car and it makes no noise at all!
  20. Yay! worked that time. Ordered!
  21. Sounds like just what I am after this need for speed stuff, loads of times I can't be fussed with doing polish and wax so this would fit in nicely. Anway just went to order some, entered the discount code and I am getting error: There is 1 error : this voucher has expired (usage limit attained) Any ideas?
  22. Probably not enough load on the engine in lower gears to reach maximum boost pressure.
  23. Your MBC sounds fucked if it runs fine on just the actutor.
