  1. After gaskets for turbo to cat and cat to exhaust as soon as you can please. Thanks David EDIT: ep91 Glanza it is for too.
  2. Got mine from Samurai Performance in York cant fault them really, no pressure selling or anything like that just a genuine enthusiast selling decent cars. www.samurai-performance.co.uk is the website.
  3. Its the one that goes in the radio slot, it did say on the invoice "stereo" but it was the part where the drinks holder is. Just to be super clear its the plastic bit below my radio on the pic above. (thats my old car new one doest have one)
  4. Will you be able to look into the above now your back?
  5. Been having the same issues, think its due to weather dropping a bit colder. Kept getting the engine management light on then hit fuel cut other day. Thought chuff this and put the restriction thing back on, all is good now.
  6. Whats the deal with these rolling roads, is it just get them on and see how much power you have got and get a little graph? Really looking forward to this now.
  7. Where abouts on the front ones? I can seem to find anything? As i said mine have cusco adjustable top mounts, will they be stopping me from getting to where i need to be? Thanks
  8. Ive checked for leaks, oil marks and there still shiney yellow with no leaks. Im sure they will go soon enough though, they just seemed to get so hammered on these roads....so 1 is defo the softest yeah?
  9. Got TRD Coilovers on the car at the moment and they are harsh as hell defo not suited to british roads. Anyway was looking to see what damper setting they were on to see if i could soften them up a bit, at the back they are on number 1..... Now is number 1 the hardest or softest setting? Also i believe the fronts are adjustable too but cant find anywhere to adjust them, mine have cusco top mounts so i cant get to the top of the damper where i presume the adjuster is....? Anyone know for sure? Thanks David
  10. Id come and i think CRAIG-SR would, ill stick my name down and ask him later. 1) Idrees 2) DavidAshton
  11. haha thanks mate.
  12. Can anyone quickly explain the process of bleeding brakes? Do i have to put new fluid in or will the air just come out first? Thanks for all the advice so far... Also im running standard brakes and pads
  13. As soon as i got the Glanza i thought the brakes were shite they seemed to be getting worse but i wasnt too sure. Now they are pants.... I can fully push the brake pedal a good 2" now until it feels like something metal is stopping it, like when you push the clutch fully down.... When the pedal is fully down it does pretty much nothing over 30 then when it finally starts doing something it makes the car weave (only when going fast).... Now ive been told the brakes probably need bleeding does that sound right? Ive got some new ebc green stuff pads on order to try and help things aswell.... If so how do i bleed the brakes will it be obvious when i get the wheels off and if it is the case of air in the system how could it have got this bad? Thanks David edit: car had brand new brakes and pads fitted less than a month ago when i picked it up
  14. To check if its a trd short shifter unit look directly above it and if the stick is bent to the right like more to the drivers side it will be a trd unit. Or you could remove one of the bolts that hold the plastic bit down, if there are metal washers under it rather than rubber chances are it will be a trd unit. Looks minted by the way....enjoy it.
  15. Well its just gone in for the exhaust sorting......turns out its f*cked basically, centre box is fully mashed in, looks like it must have hapened in transit to the uk, thats what caused the whole system to move under which has then crushed all the flexi bit together. Not happy that my HKS exhaust is now being choped to bits to try and get it sorted. Centre box is having to be cut out and ive opted for it to be replaced with pipe so hopefully will make it a bit louder as i didnt like it so quiet, new flex going in and the whole system hopefully going back to where it should be...... Picking it up this afternoon so will see what its like.....not happy either way.
  16. Get it decated for sure, best mod i did when i had the n/a. Mine was a weld in one too, made it cheaper but ment it has to be cut out and cat welded back in for MOT time......either way get it done you wont regret it.
  17. Alright, recieved the parts today. Exhaust shield is perfect thanks. Now i dont know if i wasnt too clear regarding the blanking plate. I wanted the blanking plate for the radio slot not the bit under the ashtray which i received?
  18. Yeah thats what i though but its valid only till jan 09 and i picked it up and of august it has a big number 5 in the middle and say £100 and something pounds not £120 like it would if it was for the year. I thought the cost of registering or getting the plates might be included on the tax disk because of the random amount.
  19. On the subject of tax disks i have a quick question. My tax disk is only valid for 5 months and it says £100 and something quid on it. Now its a fresh import so is the cost of registering it etc. put on the tax disk or has someone made a balls up registering it?
  20. Dibs on front lip if you have to break it....
  21. Enjoy the feeling while it lasts, had mine just over a week now and it dont feel as quick anymore......shame that feeling when first driving it dissapears so quick.
  22. Yeah that would be good, sure you was behind me earlier tonight haha...? I took the boost restriction off tonight too and its now running 0.8 bar in every gear, anyone know if 0.8 is safe on a fully standard engine?
  23. Yeah ive read a few bit n bobs about these arc top mounts ages ago but never really looked into it, ill do a bit of research this afternoon and see what the crack is with them. Thanks for the sugestion....
  24. Thanks for all the comments. Latest mod has been a Viper 480xv Cat 1 alarm with built in turbo timer and proximity sensors. So i now can feel safe leaving the car out and about. Also put the short shifter in from the n/a and my ZEP carbon fibre centre console. I have some fresh Glanza stickers on order as well as a new HKS (style haha) dump valve that should be here today. Exhaust should be getting sorted this weekend too. Plans for the future are going to be sorting the brakes with 3g disks and mintex pads. Decat and manifold with actuator running a steady 0.8 bar. I really dont like fmic's so untill i decide to like them ill be sticking with the top mount and I dont think it will be able to handle more than 0.8 bar boost. (can someone let me know if standard top mount will be ok with 0.8 bar) After ive forced myself to get a front mount and with some fueling mods plan is to go to 1 bar untill the turbo dies then get a hybrid. Also going to take 1st gear restriction off this weekend and see if it fuel cuts. In regards to this restriction thing i was under the impression in was restricted in 1st AND 2nd gear? In my car 1st boosts to about 0.3 bar then 2nd to 0.65 then the rest to 0.7. Seems 2nd is not really restricted at all. Should 2nd be more restricted or have i got confused somewhere?
  25. Payment Sent, Thanks David
