As above the rear callipers are known to seize due to lack of maintenance over previous years, I had a best mate sort my seized rear calliper out only due to him having a wind back tool and appropriate lubricant to stop the pistons from seizing.   4. I have a 1 way cusco lsd and its amazing, the aggressiveness is a shock at first due to the noise but in the corners its fantastic.

I wired my emanage blue in and there won't be much difference between the blue/ultimate. i also made my own main harness and ignition harness and cost me around £12 with the cable and connectors. There will be wiring diagrams knocking around on google its just having the patience to look for a little bit.
  8. This is a very good point and needs to be considered, i personally don't know but can find out.
  9. I also agree with this regarding the FPR, quite a number of people like to carry on with the stock fuel regulator on different turbo setups. These cars are knocking on now and the regulators will be tired, plus not being able to put a gauge up to the stock unit isn't great. its just worth that bit extra money to get a sard rrfpr- WITH A DECENT GAUGE might i add to keep everything sweet.
  10. fair enough, emanage blue will run the 460s but will run a little rich on idle because the blue can't back the injectors off.

You should see well in excess of 285hp but it depends on your tune and your engine setup, why don't you go for some scat rods? max boost people run is 1.4 bar on a td04L, you will need bigger injectors also then the 360s you have at the moment. 440s would be a much better choice or just to give you that little bit extra get some 460s with you going 5E. what management you planning to run?
  12. Are you using stock 295 injectors? The uprated pump won't make any difference to the afrs, its all down to the regulator to control the pressure. I have found that some lambda sensors don't even last 6 months especially some of the universal ones.
  13. Neither if i can help it, i always feel sick give or take an hour after i have eaten anything from there. KFC is an improvement but i very much like chicken and for the company to get as much chicken as they do it must be cheaply bought produce.

  16. As above if anybody has one let me know, i don't mind if its needs a rebuild as long as it isn't completely goosed. regards mike
  17. TD's 6 puk paddle would be spot on plus its good for more power if you ever wanted to go for a bigger tubby. Alot of people say about paddle clutches being snappy but you get used to it after a few days, i actually prefer the feel of a paddle then an organic.
  18. I am interested in this, 5th gear is crap and there is literally 500rpm difference from changing up from 4th. whats the final drive ratio, or will it just be a straight swap over from the c52 drive?

ANY knocking from any part of the bottom end requires crank out and sent to a machine shop to be re-ground next grind from standard is 0.25 undersize, the machine shop will tell you if they can grind to 0.25 or if they can't, or if your really unlucky they might tell you straight away to find another crank. Even doing a full engine rebuild on a 4efte with 90,000 with no problems the crank would be reground for piece of mind. Saves alot of hassle in the future.

Not got a hp figure but fully forged 1.5bar boost on a billet td04 with 440cc injectors stock fuel pressure emanage blue and get 60 miles give or take a couple to £10 V-power which i think was £1.35.9 a litre on the last fill. daily driver every day to work roughly around 4 miles. and i also agree with 5E colins comment! THE RIGHT FOOT HELPS!!
  21. That slides off, i would imagine it would be fairly stuck if its been on the for quite a number of years. A small screw-driver between the pump and the pulley and a gentle knock should get it moving.
  22. you will see over 150 on the clocks at the rev limiter, I've seen 145 just approaching red-line but i have never had a GPS on it.
