Im selling up atm to fund my house and will be buying a 535d touring next year (im nearly 30 though) they are very quick cars but no where near the fun level of earlier cars. I was explaining this to my bro the other day. Is a huge margin between old and new carss. Older cars are a drivers car as is far more feel and feed back on the road. New cars are just effortless to drive. Certianly not half as fun tbh. But alot are a far more practical car in the sense of estates or big saloons
I've already told him ill do the head gasket if he wants but tbh i think the 1.3 is really apealing to him as tbh the 1l is a tad of a pain where we live on the hills. But with a refresh it could be epic.
Or even the 5efe thats sat in my other bros garage or the forged 4e i have for sale or buy my 5door ep85 dom haha. Dan the list is so endless haha. Is a lush 1.3 that looks almost the same as deebos for sale 10mins down the road thats soooo tempting atm!
Dude all i did was unplug the white plug from a gt loom that runs ancillaries and swap it into the 85 loom job done leave the 85 fuseboox and the rest of the 85 bay loom in place ;)
Was looking at the work grants been doing on the car the other day. You will be happy with results tagster, he started doing some epic work then got bored and swapped it for a horse with some local pikeys
Have dude yea. Was chating to bean about it the otherday and cheers si. These things all have to come to and end one day. Not the end i planned but needs must. Ill still be very much active on ukso its my fav forum. And will always be at club/show events with the forum still.
