Lol epic! Love your car mate. Its a proper one off! -
Just a shame its an auto

Lols i have an ep85 5door manual for sale very soon and the magic 3k will again feature. Lol i like how every one gets so shocked by prices people want for them. Ill say again importing is really not cheap anymore hence the price tags.
-
I wouldnt bother tbh, the bearings in my forged engine have covered 10k miles of pure abuse, and redline gear shifts. The oem toyota bearing will take plenty of abuse without going and coating it. I wouldnt waste the 200 quid. If the correct parts are used and the engine is built right you will have no trouble atall.

I think the price is more than fair! As he said good luck finding one! Shipping alone is over 1k to get it here plus the 30% +vat you would pay on all the trasaction totals! Importing is not cheap anymore atall. If you are building a big spec starlet nothing compares to the grip a 4wd provides! Fact. And anyone who wants to knock his price id love to see you obtain one of these cars cheap. They are rare as fook and unless you drive one you just wont undeerstand how unreal they are. Supply and demand at the end of the day and there is virtually none of these cars around. They can also be made i

Would you sell the turbo separate dude? If so can you pm me a price.

Haha, pumped all the tyres up properly this eve. Warmed her up and took her for a short run up and down the "private lane" by my house just to blow the cobwebs out after her long trip on the boat from the motherland. Let deebo have a little blast too. Then showed him a bit of 4 wheel launch just to make sure all the running gear hooks up properly. I have an issue now though as every time i go near it i become a little more attached to it. Maybe i should just have two?? Haha
-
Tbh i dont rate acl bearings either! Was countless threads back in the day about acl bearings not being as hard wearing as toyota ones. Then randomly everyone just started using acl anyway?? I run toyota bearings in my forged engine. And my bro deebo has a 1e in his ukdm ep80 thats done 192k miles on the original bearings!!

Not 100% sure yet tbh dude, all i know is it will be a bb gt28 or gt30 of some kind lol.

Well its here and now on my drive. Needs a valet and a clean. Then an mot and registering. It will then be for sale. I dont care if it doesnt sell im gonna keep it as frankly grip is fun haha
-
Cheers bro. I cant fault your work sacha. You make the BEST manis and turbo kits! Id never buy anything else tbh. I've had 3 or 4 of your kits now and never had a single issue. I only ever change them for the sake of a change.

Bump this is now off the car. Will split turbo and mani.

Either that or its just where they stick service stickers for oil changes maybe? As for the original post can you get a clearer pic?

-
and banbury the vf30 isnt a bb turbo, the vf24 is a better turbo for 300+ as its bb so you dont get all the lag the vf30 will bring. havea little search theres a graph some where of a vf30 map ricky did and its laggy even on a 5e. if your going vf pick a bb one.
-
cheers adam lol beat me to it.
-
i currently have a vf24kit for sale in the sales section. be very aware that the vf series use different banjo bolts for the oil feed on the turbo. using the wrong one will rsult in damage to the turbo.

I run outlaw 2000 4pots now dude. But in theroy yea it would work. Thier is another astra disc that is smaller in diamiter that works better for levin twinpots. Have a lil search of the older tech posts. Me and turbo grant have posted the details a good few times as tbh i cant remeber of the top of my head. As its been a long while since I've touched twin pots now damn good breaks though! Loved mine tbf.
