i'm running a hybrid on stock ecu... but i wouldn't do it unless you have a RRFPR at minimum, i also have an uprated fuel pump so its a bit safer. at 0.8bar your pushing the afr's of the stock ecu as the intake of air that the hybrid produces against the stock ct9 is alot more. to be honest i wouldn't recommend it unless you were upgrading to a jam, blitz unit or emanage blue within a month or so of having it on. also if you were thinking of doing it on a completely stock engine i would strongly advice you dont.

so it doesn't happen on high boost? have you not got a boost gauge yet? if not stop posting go get one wire it in then see what your boosting... otherwise we cant really help much more other then say your over boosting.

Where Does Lamda Sensor Plug Into On Loom? Pics?
Glanza_cl replied to 200sx-Starlet-Jay's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
there's two a lamber and an O2, the lamber should connect to a plug that sits just above the gearbox or near the coolant temp sensor (mine is green not sure about others). -
Pic time! i take so long lol these are the spacers so i could get my rota center caps to fit: it's pushed the front wheels right upto the edge of the arch which makes it look so much nicer, has also filled out the back alot more too HKS evc6: set upto 0.8bar but hopefully will get it set up better at the RR next week, needs the gain and other crazy settings, setting up properly. Sard RRFPR: will relocate it soon over the far left with new braided hose but cant be bothered at the moment lol... set up to run stock fuel pressure-ish (2.4bar) and the thing that has made the biggest diff

Map Sensor, What Is It/where Is It Located Or Look Like.
Glanza_cl replied to 200sx-Starlet-Jay's topic in Electronics
i dont think the n/a one will work, but if you can get a hold of either an original map sensor off a glanza or gt or if that proves difficult one off the 4age works 2 -
not a fan... i think green or another bright colour but pink is not for me. still good to be different

which hybrid are you trying to compare it to? as there are so many variations out now but generally most 'hybrids' will have a bored out inlet housing to fit in a bigger comp wheel... some have uprated bearings but generally they are a bored out ct9 with a larger comp wheel and ported wastegate. think of them as a super high air flowing ct9. give Enzo a pm as he sells nothing but them so will be able to give you loads of info, also Keirz on here rebuilds them so again could give a load of info if you need it. hope that helps mate.

liking the supra seats... subtle but go nicely with the car, did you mod the rails from the supra seats to fit the glanza rails?
-
needs a duck spoiler in my opinion, they always look mint on white glanza's. nice updates those power mods looks niiice. it's nice having the hybrid in as it pulls so much harder then the ct9 even on stock boost. i would put them in then go from there, that's what i've done- only need a clutch and emb like you and will be good to up the boost. cars looking minty fresh bud
-
i think you will gather loads of interest in the glanza ones... i know i would want a set they look mint!
-
Ah dude you just ain't getting a brake at the moment, that really sucks! things will work out they always do, stick with the gt it will end up running mint (does sound like the engine is kinds fobarbed though) just an excuse for a forge build .... or 5E built with Enzo's new TD12 that would be a mean quick street beast! the little fuckers will get what they deserve!
-
nah you dont want that, give it to me lol honestly there a neat bit of kit and quite hard to get a hold of so you also got a nice desirable piggy back ecu there as well

Glanza Exhaust----n/a Exhaust The Same?
Glanza_cl replied to myatt!!!'s topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Ah i'v just been a nugget i thought you meant put a turbo system on a n/a, yes you could put a n/a system on a glanza but you wouldn't be able to keep it on long at all as the bore is to small and would in theory be restricting or 'strangling' your turbo. it will be fine for the purpose of an MOT but i would advice it only be on for that as it could cause damage. -
dude, thats running a hks fcon it's more then capable of anything you need from the car. yes it has a fcd but it's been built like that specifically by hks so all the fueling support is there. if you dont want it pm me lol
-
ooo thats alot of parts lol nice spec list bud, will be a right beast when complete

Glanza Exhaust----n/a Exhaust The Same?
Glanza_cl replied to myatt!!!'s topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
cant be sure as i dont have a n/a, i would presume if it's messing up the back pressure this would make the ecu try to counter by altering the timing which might play around with your fueling. can be certain mate sorry, someone else might know. -
Glanza Exhaust----n/a Exhaust The Same?
Glanza_cl replied to myatt!!!'s topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
yep it would fit, but it would bugger up your back pressure and make your car run fairly crappy...but it's been done before. -
Enzo doesnt sell TD04's but has the new hybrid which is basicaly a TD04 but with a better spool time. check this link: TD12 http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....showtopic=18627

I think it would look cack personally but i guess the airflow would be pretty good. give it a go nd if you dont like it you can always change it back again.
-
hello fellow Hertforshire-rian. for 1K you will get a minty mint starlet. welcome to the club mate
-
Ah i missed a bit lol! wow it's looking good and the plans for it sound mint, cant wait to see this thing back with pics up so i can have a ganders and the pritty new beast. what colour is the respray going to be? same or something a bit different...ooo like the yaris Tsport grey colour, that would look the shiz lol
-
LOL cheers mate nd yeah have spent a fair wack, but it's all worth it... student loan ftw Yo! lmao yeah totally with you on that one, at the moment i have the ebc turned off so it's just another boost gauge, just needed to get it set up a bit but as soon as this guy is back from silverstone or where ever he is i will get it down there.... in the mean time i might go to predator motor sport in welwyn nd see if they can make me up a custom straight through mid section.
-
haha you'v all ready started just build a whole carbon glanza... now that would be sweet!
-
yeah i no there carbon, but still might look kinda funny. will look better with the splitter braking it up a bit. will be good to see it when it's done, slap them up in this thread when it's done so you can do a comparison type thing
