there's a restriction in the theird runner were the stud of the mani is... it's like as lump inside that takes up almost half the runner, very bad design on Toyota's behalf. this can cause excessive heat build up in the chamber and incorrect exhaust flow when running more then stock boost.
-
remember you have a hks fcon aswell so your running a piggy back. FCD and FPR are alright but are very very limited with adjustability...well i wouldn't really say there was any, all you can adjust is the rrfpr to run richer or leaner by like 0.1 of a bar at a time. if hunting for big power do it the right way with a piggyback or standalone.
-
180-190 max in my opinion, plus the possibility that with the limited adjustability it will eventually kill the engine.
-
well it would be fast for an old women... saying that they could proberly out drive me lol
-
dont no about other but i'm a cider ho lol
-
nah you wont need one, the wheels will be slightly out but i have had my glanza lowered about 50-55mm allround over a year now nd dont have one and havnt had any problems. hope that helps
-
mine was bone stock, and didnt have any signs of modding either and with the low milage it had was proberly just some old lady's run around. yes even the oldest of old ladies in japland drive fast cars lmao!
-
haha morning randomness love it!

you wont reach 200bhp with a ct9 mate, there simply not ment for it. either go hybrid or go down the td04 route.
-
looks mint, make sure you get the alignment properly set up otherwise it will handle like shite and you will get through tyres like nobody's business
-
ah this was local to me, guess it's moved now lol, you got a nice V there mate
-
Edited for gaz: what about this?
-
... metamorphicaly immense! lmao
-
put an adjustable actuator, or cheap ebc on for under £100 and up the boost to 10-11psi. that will make it pretty dam quick and for under the £999 challenge that would be a good contender
-
I would say 2 but all could benefit from some colour correction and contrast tweaking to make them just stand out a bit more.

was wondering when an update on this lovely little runner was going to appear lol really nice handling mods there bet it feels great! I have my apex coilovers (BC) on 15clicks front and 17-18clicks rear seems to brings the back round a bit better and like you on soft i found over bumps or harsh corners my tires would scrap on the arches. if the roads allowed i would go harder as they handle great full stiff so if your roads aren't to bad i would go close to 32 full stiff dampening... your car will handle insanely -
is that not an auto dash?? so looks like it's had a auto to manual conversion? first thing i would suggest is if it hasn't already get a boost gauge and check what it is boosting as some cowboy might have bodged up the boost silly high and potentially you could end up blowing your engine. theses cars cant be remapped unless they have a piggyback ecu or standalone and for £800 i highly doubt it so just check it's not over boosting. nice car for the price, good find
-
haha what the fuck happens if he missed, it looks real but clearly has been very well calculated with the right height trajectory ect... proper madness though!!!
-
i know i know i fail, it's not that i cant afford it, it's just i dont think i can put any more money into her i have put so much in i fancy a change to something with more power without me having to spend loads on it. you never know i will probably miss the starlets loads and be back again within a year
-
after much thought and much debate i have come to a decision to sell the glanza = sad times. I feel now that the car is mint and running like a dream it should go to a good home as i dont think being a student its of any benefit to me to keep spending all my money modding it. I shale slap up a for sale thread soon... but finding it hard lol as it's such a nice car. all it needs is a map and uprated clutch and it will be a 200brake beast! so someone will be getting a treasure of a car.
-
for a dam student you is minted! lmao I think that looks the absolute tits! love the look of the it... stunning your glanza was soo nice but gotta say i think this tops it. i think i will be following with a change of direction soon aswell.
-
i wouldn't bother there a pile of crap! but if you really need to for some reason just follow the instructions with them, they wire to the ecu's wire that runs off the lamber reading.

knock sensor is on the back on the block not the front, mine just runs into the same loom that my O2 sensor does so is most likely related to oil temp, pressure, oil level or something along those lines. cant imagine it's overly important otherwise your car would be running like crap.
