theres one dude who dropped a 3sgte in his starlet and worked quite well as far as im aware. the mr2 boxes are very strong indeed. if its a good box to start with then it will take 400-500bhp no problem whatsoever.

tbf they are perfectly useable even in this condition. just gotta press the pedal harder. if you have powerful leg muscles you dont really need brilliant brakes.

Imported 2005 110kms All original sills and arches etc - none of the usual mx5 issues LSD and extra chassis bracing as standard Ive added: - Team Dynamics Pro Race 3 alloys with Yoko Spec 2 rubber - BC Racing Coilovers - Wilwood 4 pot kit upfront with optional grooved discs - 1.6 grooved discs with mintex pads on the rear - Full underbody waxoyl treatment - Geon Quartz ceramic coating paint protection (wasn't bloody cheap) Car passed last MOT with no advisories, and has been dry stored all winter long, never driven in rain, and all mods have less than 200 miles on them so basically brand new still. Bad bits - small dent on front by light, and very slight fade mark on paint near corner of bonnet. But I'm being extremely nitpicky there. When its buffed up nicely you dont notice anything at all. Overall the car is mint and you will seriously struggle to find a mk1 like this. Putting this here as wanna put it up on the Nutz forum but dont know what to ask for her, and funds may go towards a glanza if it sells.

yeah its mainly for pullups and dips as i find the weight belt really really annoying.

hey guys anyone use these? and if so do you know a good reputable one to buy? i want one that adds up to about 40kg, to do pressups, dips and pullups aswell as run with. do it at gym with weighted belt but thats obv only good for dips and pullups. only decent one i can find is a 60lb's max vest thats in america.
