Well, if it's true that you won't be taken to court for months then you might scrape by the skin of your teeth!! I know it's his word against theirs, but a court goes on evidence...if theres no evidence then they cannot do shit!

The getting a letter from your boss thing, worked for my friend. He got caught speeding, doing 75mph in a 30mph. He should of been banned for sure, but they let him off with a fine and points because his boss wrote a letter!

Alot of people have mentioned that they have removed their air con from the car? What is the main reason for this? Are they heavy? ( I don't wanna sound stupid, but I have never known why people tend to do it on alot of turbo'd cars)

There's too many possibilities to consider, but first: 1. Clean it!! 2. Colour coded fully 3. Decent alloys 4. Dropped nicely on the alloys 5....Mega engine work!!!

Wow thats shit mate! My parents kicked my sister out the other day, but then she deserved it! Its hard living in a house when it's not your own, because you have to follow other peoples rules all the time. But I am sure they love you, and will change their mind eventually. Hope it gets sorted!

I think the best thing to do is speak to your lawyer, and get some advice first. If it is taken to court, then I would get a letter from your employer to say you really need your car for work. (If you do need it that bad) Tell them you spun out of control, they have no proof at all that you didn't. Good luck though, and let us know how it goes.
