Yup, they are rare...they all have aircon so no point in a sunroof really...same as the N/A Cd/Gls trim sunroofs...must have been a optional extra for the Gt and V? Very relaible unlike most cars where they leak over time neither of my N/As have leaked....im 6ft 1 and find it a nice feature when cover is back the car doesnt seem as small and its a godsend in the summer to leave open when the cars standing stops it heating the inside (heat rises and all that)

They will be better as they are designed for lowered springs, although ive only seen them in starlet guise once the german scene uses bilstein alot more....the life of the excel g ones is vastly reduced with lowering springs...not to mention the ride quality as they are designed for an oem application not a sports hence the Kyb Ultra Sr's I did alot of research when lowering my Ep the only easily obtainable none jap shocks avaliable to us are koni inserts and the billys you found...even then cost price is £500+ which is coilover territory and a far better investment...importing some japs if your lucky enough to find someone who will is going to cost in the same region If your thinking of spending that much go for the meisters and save your self the headache...dont forget youve still got to fit the springs or in the case of the konis, do the drilling/cutting....

i considered it but, its just a waste tbh i wont get anymore power nor any of the above i still have to drive like a saint at end of the day ill get 30-35mpg tops...gets boring on the motorway at times i just want to get to where im going pronto...with the Ep i have to work harder to keep it at 70 ish taking in to account the uphills etc.....bang a lazy boy leon in cruise control...sit back and relax it will do all the work for me for now it just seems its better to upgrade the overall package and take the plunge, they are reliable all i have to do is pay for parts labour work is free

i do 300+ motorway miles a week bro, if i dont drive eco all the time it costs alot to re-fuel....not to mention things like road noise/the thought of safety if something was to happen at speed they are tin cans after all/ rear passengers cant get in and out im 6ft1 so it leaves very little if any space at the back for family and friends/not much boot space either.....AND im hungry for more power its been nearly 5years in a Ep i want a vag diesel atleast untill ive finished uni then i can mabe think about going jap again Going to have a sit down and think with my old man tomorrow and go from there

yup, standard toyota ones are just copper tipped (made by Denso iirc)...the cheaper NGK equivelant ones are BKR5EYA

130k on my old N/A drove like a champ didnt use a drop of oil nor did it leak any....new ones got 71k now and is a shit bag in comparison
