Have you tightend the throttle cable properly on the corolla manifold? getting full pedal movement in sync with the throttle body butterfly?

got 200 bang on again lol, think ill just be content with that....70-80 more miles than i used to get....short trips just kill it all off :angry: its £45 to fill up for me, £25 to fill to the top half of the gauge

the gearbox side seal is a big-un, hence the price....get the the full gasket set from toyota it includes everything you need for about £150 odd which is a bargain considering you get the exhaust gaskets too

Keep it as it is, change the wheels tho

just done 150 with loads left to halfway....lets see what i get ner ner its already got a panel filter, will mull over the drilled airbox idea....tbh id be spending more on v-power and the redex which i can easily offset by using cheaper fuel and driving better....i cant see the v-power giving me any noticeable extra miles, unless someone has real life proof to say otherwise? 200+ to the halfway mark seems a rarity.....you turbo guys should be getting better numbers if driven carefully

As above chaps, ive really changed my driving style in the last couple of weeks....used to get 123-130 from the first half of the tank im now at 200 and i cant seem to get any higher Anyone consistently getting 200+ from the first half of the tank, according to the gauge?? I do ~150 on the motorway and the rest is town driving

I thought the standard was smaller than 1.75"? Id go for the next size up 2.5" is too big on a N/A especialy for a standard head setup regardless of how "sick" it sounds

how comes your getting a FTE box? put the passenger seat all the way back and plonk it on the floor, that way you wont have to tie it down.....unless your carrying a passenger

could be a number of things id look at the following first: -dodgy cv joint -change the gearbox oil (may help) -looks as if the car is quiet low something could be scrapping? after all that its still making the noise, get another box, and new clutch

you want higher reps on lower body ^ atleast 10-15 they are all endurance muscles try lunges too with a barbell and jump on the sitting down calf machine (forgot the proper name) my legs are really coming out now...leg day takes alot out of you :surrender: im on 160kg on the incline leg press now 3x16...squats are the ultimate but i have a weak lower back cant do the weight i want on squats till its strong enough dont want to rely solely on a belt zack is a beast, seems like a really down to earth guy sounds a spaz when he talks tho lol watched some of his comeback videos gives some really good advice not tried his recommended supplements...

You need the control switch too with some of the loom on, im guessing most Of the wires will match up with the switch
