  1. its a earth issue, thats why the standard boost gauge went all the way up......my temp needle did that when i left the inlet earth undone...wouldnt worry about the dash lights tbh id concentrate on getting it all up and running youll notice wiring issues as you go to put it all back together

  3. could have not just notched it yourself? surely all they are going to do is take a grinder/big cutting bit and take the material off?
  4. The amount of stress and heat the bearing goes through i dont think it would matter touching them with your bare hands...^

  7. get a standard exedy amjad, never had a problem with them.....shame it was a blueprint one
  8. you messed with the engine lately? may have left something unplugged....map sensor causes the car to spaz out if left unplugged

  12. i checked the yaris belt clip its flatter and of a different material than the starlet one, thats probably why......still no reply from graham...

  15. get some assembly lube off them too, normal oils too thin...especially at that critical start-up moment
  16. You have the gap the pistons all the time ^ standard or forged......every bore is different did you not get the block decked? get them to do it before it comes back mate
  17. use a full size if you can, whack two fans on it too....if not put a civic one in alot of people use them with little complaint

  22. Tried all the screws med and large are the ones which fit, tightened it as much as i could without physically breaking the allen key but it either slides off as it gets tighter or stays on and comes off after say 2-3miles
