    With the correct tuning and the nos brought in gradually across the rev range to help spool up i cant see it not working...50shot?

    I want to start boosting, its been 4? 5? years with a N/A now so i naturally want more power i cover alot of miles on the motorway and it just gets tedious where i have to work for the power....i was going to move on and get a vag but everyone just said get the boost you want youll just end up coming back more out of pocket the way i see it is ive got two years at uni left...i want to enjoy the 220 odd i can get then move on to a big boy engine because ill be able to afford it....for now ive got a set budget to buy everything i need for the conversion....pretty much what a stage one would cost

    im not after a brandnew block mate, just a rebuilt engine to standard spec...ive seen enough engines sold as "in good condition" till the buyer finally installs it only for it to spin a bearing...i dont have the time for it rather get a rebuilt engine...

    3 angle valve job....they should know what there doing? as above thats whats done, a machine is used to do it...

    surely a machinist could knock one up? 3 bolt holes and a center diameter of the exhaust in a triangle shape.....

    both engines are the same, just certain sensors vary so get the loom + engine to match ep91-ep91 and ep82-ep82 N/A gearbox can be used theres doubts on its strength and ratios but youll be fine to run it as with driveshafts yeah thats all you need from the glanza...ignitor/coilpack/sensors etc to......rip the N/A engine out with the box...clean up....put the looms in...match the box + new engine (do all the service/inspection you need to do)....bang it in

    cheapest/heaviest rods avaliable...also need the block notched as above pauter would be my choice ^ if your on a budget get some decent pistons (cp/je/ross) and stick to the stock rev limit
