Thanks, which of the two would be best suited? Power goal wise im looking to squeeze 240-250 from a fresh rebuild driven on street so would like boost to kick in low down...well as low as possible
-
Thought id ask here instead of making a new thread unless the op minds? Anyone know how the tdo4 n gt25 match up? In terms of full boost rpm n max power on a standard engine? From what i understand the gt25 is bearing turbo so will spool faster but how how much?

civic rad slim fan users.. (AN UPDATE)
Asad replied to Glanza AuA's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Whats the ratio of water:antifreeze? The top hose will be hard till the stat opens up iirc Is it throwing coolant back into the overflow? Give it a hard drive, open up the bonnet and check how things are ticking over Higher pressure rad caps are better, higher pressure = takes more to boil the water but the rest of the cooling system should be up to par -

Asad replied to hazell ep91 sr's topic in Lifestyle General
The amount people want for even the most basic of parts to such a small car is unreal, this leaves no choice but to shop around a front cut would cost what? £1000-1500? Who has that lying around for a conversion... post up some pictures of the looms and the indicator stalks im sure between us when can help you out bud -
I do, look up the thread theres some really good info in it...bump it up if you want any advice
-
the topic/question would suggest your bored of the power... 1) turn the up the boost to 1-1.1 to scratch the itch... 2) forge the bitch and boost to your hearts content...

For the bonnet there are two rubber "gromets" on either side of the slam panel turn them up a little and it should sort the bonnet rattle
-
On both my N/As the red bit would just get stuck down when the clip was put in, had to take the clip out n in again a few times then it would lock....sprayed some wd40 in it n it was grand
-
Does the red bit spring up when the clip is put in? Spray some wd40 in it and spring it up n down with your fingers it should be ok If not just get a replacement from n N/A, get the nylon + spring washers too
-
Theres a little rubber piece in the lock part which causes the squeeky noise, i wrapped the latch with tape but mine still does it at times (coilovers dont help) im going to remove the rubber n see what happens
