  1. oh thats fair enough mate theres no need for stuff like that, as you said it doesnt help..... close away ive said my piece
  2. if we all stay quiet doesnt it makes us just as bad? if we dont all chip in and change things...who do we have to blame when shit hits the fan?
  3. again ....members need to come out instead of all fueling the fire when someone is brave enough to be the first to say something
  4. this kid needs all the help he can get.. looking like this....and having a vauxhall.... http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac250/PaulStarletSr/retardsuperman_zps1c1a1636.png
  5. post up traders rules for members to see, if they dont know the rules how do they know what steps to take?
  6. Its the members who can prevent most of it when general buying, as youve said there is very little you can do jobs/commitments etc etc....by all means enforce the £5/10/15/20 members fee to sell stuff send out some free stickers etc etc those who want to be part of it wont mind paying it....right??...youll have there address/paypal...not sure about the legal side of things....but if they say no to some stickers then it raises the question...are they genuine? get a contact number/pay by paypal properly/hell even get there address/after two weeks post up...if nothing comes of it file for a refund....simple really if you cant do atleast that then your asking to be bent over all you had to say to james was "listen up boyo, we can see there are issues with your products...shit happens....no more product releases/taking money/deposits till its ALL sorted...consider this as a warning" i mean if people are still complaining about the pulleys which iirc were one of the first things he made/put on the market...he obviously wasnt put into line..nip it in the bud and all that...the "new" rules you released are for general members of the public who want to sell but what if a trader is playing up? what have you changed to prevent that happening? The members need to come out and be honest when something goes wrong with a seller/trader...stops things from escalating oh and as for the whole "digs" thing...im just speaking my mind and what i think...my opinion like it or lump it....your failing to remember i dont drive a starlet anymore most of my parts are sold bar the car....i dont have to be here i just want to help out...as with alot of owners who stick around i enjoy the banter and want to put something back into the site

  12. is that your transformation pic?! looking hench!!!
  13. thats very precise....not....a common myth your body absorbs as much as it needs...20min period? o really....the window after workouts is VERY large this my friend is a myth again.... This, compound exercises should be the bread and butter of your workouts....all you need is whey for now and pre-workout + creatine when your more advanced...nothing else Dextrose is only needed if you`ve fasted for like 24hrs/have done multiple events all the studies carried out were in subjects with the said criteria none to my knowledge have been carried out on healthy well fed subjects (which you should be if your trying to pack on some mass).....no carbs are needed if you want carbs just add some oats even then if youve eaten a good meal before working out like you should this also isnt needed...the reason your probably feeling a difference is because your pre work out meal isnt adequate BCAA are waste of time.....IF you have a good diet and use whey....ok when cutting tho Do your cardio after weights, this way your not tired/fatigued and can shift more weight in the best form to warm up do a a set of 10 reps with a light weight of the exercise your going to do...id recommend the stronglift 5x5 program if your a noob. Dont be a bi/tri and chest-er your legs are the biggest muscles in your body...why miss them out?

wms without a doubt, forum support/tried and tested...can fit most wheel styles too
  18. Basic maintenance tbh, a quick jack up and look around the car would have highlighted all the issues before you went in for the MOT Throwing the towel in over a couple of hours work and some money

  20. Defi...don't disregard stack/omori/vdo gauges I'd love a shoot out between loads of diff gauges to compare accuracy see how the cheap stuff compares
  21. Solid is better, but hollow is cheaper and more avaliable deffo solid ends
