Most jap cars like our eps should have red hot heaters after about 10-15 min...mine are never above halfway and always on no1 speed which is enough wish it was climate controlled tho!
-
N/A mate......would be good for someone to try them on a turbo and see how they fair as the turbo will obviously build up speed much quicker and heat them up much faster/better to get a good bite the red pad is always overlooked i highly rate it
-

As above, a metallic? purple coloured v went up chester road past the university on tuesday.....who was it? never seen it about before
-
do you have coilovers, my originals have started to split with the miesters.....it seems the bracket isnt adjusted right so when turning it rubs/stretches ive played about to get it right but its not 100% would take alot to mess a braided line up unless it was cheap to begin with....get onto HEL directly and see what they say dont mention the bracket thing tho

i say just get a set of track alloys with T1Rs (cheap and fun) and save the rainsports for the road (awesome tyre by the way wish i could use them), set them to roughly what you had last time and get a small compressor pump....only youll know what works for you everyone has different preferences id never use my road tyres on track its a long way home esp with a bent rim/fucked tyres if something happens, just my personal prefferences find a cheap set of 15" rims (as ugly as you like it doesnt matter tbh) and get new shoes put on....scrub them in for about 500 miles then there ready for the track.....easily interchangeable with both your EP`s get one of the lads to mind your other wheels while your out nitrogens good, but you need it track side if your unsure on what pressures you want

iA Im going to put together a MOT guide soon when i have some time as a check list, especially with the new rules coming in

Youll be fine, if they are not fitted then they cant test them....if the beam is correct your sorted....in most cases especially the starlet it isnt, ive yet to see anyone post a beam picture of the GT "projector type" lenses fitted with a HID kit if they are fitted and dont work its a fail, if it doesnt have them what can they fail? i.e the glanzas dont have side repeaters it never came with them so what can you fail? the way the test is carried out the tester has no means to check the self levelling suspension From the Good Book: Vehicles equipped with High Intensity Discharge (HID) or LED dipped beam headlamps may be fitted with headlamp washers and a suspension or headlamp self levelling system. Where such systems are fitted, they must work however, it is accepted that it may not be possible to readily determine the functioning of self levelling systems. In such cases, the benefit of the doubt must be given Headlamp washers may work in conjunction with the windscreen washers (when the dipped beam headlamps are switched on) or by a separate switch. Reasons for reection A headlamp levelling or cleaning device inoperative or otherwise obviously defective (it doesnt say, if the car doesnt have them its a fail....it says if they dont work and or are broke)
