worth nothing: when you put your exhaust on, whatever you used to set up the boost will be hella out. 1.1 on a stock exhaust will probably blow 1.5bar+ with a free flowing exhaust.

its not bad so to speak, youre not gling to blow something up. but itll be strangling the engine... affecting power/spooltime. get a proper exhaust on there asap mate.

ive used meguiars in the past and also the auto glym. auto glym is awesome stuff, but youll break a pretty big sweat getting it shiney, its tough work but the results are awesome. ive just got a bottle of that new platinum series polish from turtlewax, so ill give that a go if it stays dry enough for me to wash the car. pics shall follow ^^

no idea what that equates to :\ he should have usedan ratio gauge if it was on a dyno, every dyno ive been to (and ive been to quite few) they've always used a wideband lambda. the CO2 sensor is what they use for MOT :\

6.5% cycle is 19cc a minute. which is just about idle. youll be running 80-90%+ on boost. so it defo isnt the cycle hes talking about.

you measure injectors in percentage. but 6.5% injector pulse will idle a car not run it with boost. fuelling is measured as a ratio to the air going into the engine (12:1 for example). id give him a call and find out what he means? because if he means 6.5:1 then thats UBER rich.

the idle control screw could have come loose, its happened to me before. give that a wee check before anything else.

it isnt staying stock, it just isnt going to be the to the level of earth raping that the glanza is currently at. i want this to be a bit pretty as well, and not a total slag whore ^^

the casting work on japanese made items is usually to a much higher standard. however, its not to the extent you should pay more for it. -

id never break it idrees, has to go as a whole. and i wouldnt sell it to just anyone, ive had other offers for more money elsewhere and said no.

check the oil line to the turbo isnt blocked. if thats ok.... take the timing belt off. take off the oil filter and get a drill with a 14mm socket on the end and spin the oil pump clockwise. oil should spray out. if not, youve got a shagged pump or pickup. check that and let me know, and ill tell you where to go from there

youve blown the head gasket wall on 3 and 4. ubes. hopefully your pistons will be otay. may have warped the head a bit though if youve driven it since. that must haev sounded UBE idling with 2 shagged chambers.

yeah the s14a's and the s15s have the blacktops. with the ubes shit vvti ftw ^^ all about the rattles.
