Dont forget the SET % will be different according to how you have youre actuator setup It literally will vary for every car. Do as Rick said, Leave the GAIN %'s at 0.. Work on the SET untill you get the desired boost, then start tweaking the GAIN settings untill youre spooling quick enough, but not overboosting. If you set the GAIN's too high, it will automatically up the SET (the desired boost level) and youll notice it slowly creep past what you originally set it at. Comprimise between holding steady boost and spool time. imo profecs are wank, ive had 2 die on me previously and id never -

This is a bit of a desperate post, cant find one anywhere.Ive put a post in the wanted section before and had no luck.. Need a drivers side wheel hub assembly (hub, wheel bearing) thats in good condition with no crunchy or rumbly bearing. Has to have the abs sensor holes above trackrod end. I bought one off Osman as he guaranteed it was an abs equipped glanza, when i recieved it 2 weeks later it was a lump of rust with a screwed bearing and no abs holes. He keeps fobbing me off saying hes going to refund my cash but hasnt as of yet.Starting to piss me off now, mainly because he said it wou

Yeah but some testers wont listen. You know what some can be like, so sometimes its best just to fit them and be done with it. I dont have any intentions of fitting any queer lookin indicators to my new wings though, they can go chuff themselves up the pooper ... So to speak

You shouldnt need them as the indicators have little bits that stick out on them so you can see them flashing from the side. Some times you get an mot fail with out side repeaters...All depends on the tester. By law, you dont need side repeaters.

Most of the traders can supply cusco cages bud. Ask Toby or Dave and they will sort you out. Ill be getting my 7point cage in a few weeks hopefully

There only a mild ct9 hybrid. Waste of money as the rebuild kits are a cunt to find. Spend the money on getting a uk based company to go all out on youre ct9 if youre going down the hybrid route. That way you get a ** miles warranty and also if you ever need it rebuilt you can send it back to them.

What type of bearings you using bro? Also, are you going to sharpen the exhaust blades when youre at it? doesnt look like you have.. I wouldnt bother using a comp wheel from a ct12, it would make hardly no difference bud.

All depends if youre getting the boot floor, door shuts and engine bay painted. You could get an immaculate freshen up for 1k, but with everything out, youre looking 2k upwards. And if you go for a custom colour expect alot more for a quality job.

Flog the pics on ebay !! I have first dibs on a copy @ Ecks, if you want to drive the car in the weather, you "should" use a matt clearcoat, for matt finishes..And a satin clear coat for satin finishes. Im just interested as to how it holds up to the first bit of rain it has on it lol. Doesnt really matter seeing as its a track car and its going to get abused anyway.. But i personally love matt and satin finishes on the right type of car.Just look at the new merc brabus bullet..250k's worth of motor and its finished in matt black That looks evil!

I agree totally with Rick, the HRF kit isnt to my taste, BUT matt black, and it just looks crazy. I'll admit, if i saw youre GT in my rear view mirror i would actually shiz my self and pull over for you Love it mate, im still intrigued as to how long youre paint lasts with out a matt clear coat over the top.. As ive allways loved satin black, but im afraid to do the whole car incase it stains. Cant wait to see this at a meet one day bro. Craig

Ouch, Cheers SpeedFreak I checked just after i made that post, looked on the toyota epc and it came up with nothing other than glanza v's have the hub. Luckily i found one the next day from a local breakers =] £65 barrrrrgainnnn lol Craig.

I still dont get why the complete unit should be bought? when i took my old lenses off, i just chrome sprayed the inside of the old units, came up spot on. or am i totally missing some point here?

Its not fun buying different angles and joiners of pipework to make a custom job up. Just flog the cooler you have atm and buy a kit.Otherwise youre gonna have a pain in the ass time of routing some pipes. Craig.

Ditto, when my old ct9's seals had gone, it was like something straight out of wacky racers.. I remember going over my mates house, who lives in a little close... And i literally smoked out his road. Ahh funny times.. Starlets breathe heavy amounts any way, hence why so many people run catch cans or breather filters. Only worry if its pouring oily smoke out on idle, in hefty amounts..OR..When you cant see out the rear window when youre giving it some throttle.. Craig

Should be identical mate, divided into 4 sections. Only difference is they have the screw lugs in different places for i think its its 3 screws.But if youre using the uk spec or early spec units you just cut the lugs off..And use some clear sealent to bond it. I spose this saves ballsing about, just swap the units over though.
