  1. If youve got the ultimate bud, try this link emanage software downloads
  2. If you use a torrent downloader, have a search on google matey. I downloaded a disc image of the software for a guy at work.I cant remember what version it was though as it was a year ago. ill see if i can find the torrent hash link for you to check out Craig
  3. Thanks a bunch lads for the info. I know how to change the thermostat, thats not a problem... I was just wondering if it could be the thermostat thats faulty.... causing the needle to keep bobbing around.. Checked the sensor today and it looks fine which is what i thought, as ive not touched it lately. And i cant see the actual dial being faulty as thats only a low chance.. so im guessing the thermostat itselfs packed up. sard item it is then only thing i was wondering was, if the thermostat is faulty.. wouldnt the air/fuel ratio be all over the place because the ecu wouldnt know if its
  4. last night the watertemp needle just suddenly started going uber insane.. as in bouncing up and down... checked everything i could in the dark, ie hoses pressurised, rad topped up etc... the sensor was still attatched to the thermostat...and the wires looked fine.. so would a faulty thermostat make the temperture needle fluctuate like crazy? i cant be assed ripping the thermostat out if its not that.. if you guys think it could be, thats fine because i was after a sard one anywho im just being lazy asking you guys, its cold.. wet and dark outside and it probably will be all damn week..
  5. Idrees sprayed his own ep91. Looks the danglys Wish i had a big enough garage to fit spray equipment in
  6. There identical Retain the top o2 sensor, ditch the lower cat temp as Rick said. You probably got a bung to screw into the lower sensor boss?
  7. High pitched whistle could mean literally anything unfortunately bud. Sure its just not the turbo spinning up?
  8. I sat an autobahn intercooler next to a genuine blitz item. And the difference in cores is hardly noticable. For such a small engine, you would never need a high density core such as a hks, greddy, blitz etc. You'll just end up paying for the logo stamped onto the top of the cooler, that you dont even see. Even for a 1.3/5 you wouldnt need such a highly dense core. It would be interesting to see a £300 intercooler setup compared to a £600^ setup on a dyno readout.Just to see how little difference there would be. And you cant get a much better spot to do the fitting. The local gara
  9. You have to remember, the afr wont seriously change all the time the stock ecu is fitted. And afr is not the only thing to keep an eye on, that could be spot on but if the egt is too high, thats also a quick way to say rip fte
  10. Cable driven. Go on ebay and look for a convertor.Just screw that into youre box, screw youre speedo cable into that.Sorted. Try and buy one with metal casing, some of the cheaper black plastic lookin ones shatter the gears inside the convertor. I paid about £15 for mine and its been good as gold for 3 years now Craig.
  11. I was thinking of buying this old shabby lookin s14a off a guy along my road for a bit of fun. What are they like standard? Anything like a skyline gts? Because thats all ive driven thats close to it.
  12. I replyed back asking how much she charges Shall i msg her back asking if we can get a group buy thing going on? Craig
  13. You should have got a quote first.. Go on the comparison websites..Easiest way to find a quote. Then just scour through the yellow pages for any insurers that arent listed on the site. Keep this in mind for next time you think about getting a car though bud Craig
  14. Custom fabrication job unfortunately bud. Allthough, tbh you only really want the driving wheels cambered, so they get full traction whilst cornering so you can still get power down. The rear wheels just follow.Thats why they run neutral settings as standard. As long as the fronts are getting full surface contact in the corner, then you should be laughing. Would be a different story in the case of a rwd or 4wd.Them cars will requre slight negative camber for the rears too. Craig
  15. I didnt notice the carpet, they all came as standard with a red carpet didnt they ? The previous owner may have put a different carpet in though ?
  16. It looks genuine enough with the exterior...And the seats. But he door cards arent what you usually find in EK9's so im not 100% sure.Best way to tell is to go have a look at the chassis numbers, then nip to honda and get it verified on there computer bro. You hear alot of good and bad things about them ripping people off.. But yeah, other than the door cards it looks genuine enough bro.
  17. Take a feed from youre sidelight stalk.Easiest way to locate a 12v live with a tester pen.Turn sidelights on, if the pen lights up, turn the lights off..If the pen light goes out, thats the one to hack into. Then as Marc said, just run the vacum line through the firewall, plenty of holes to feed it through or you could even drill its own hole in the firewall and put a hollow rubber grommet in.Just attatch it to the intake. 15 minute job at the most.
  18. Dont be a pussy, whip the bad ass angle grinder out and do a hardcore job of it. I cut my bumper in about 2 minutes flat, as well as my cousin Aarons. Grinder + stanley knife ftw
  19. You have to go to youre control panel bud, and under the signature section, add the links bud
  20. Ahh the memories of sea sickness The standard brake setup wont really stop you once you start tuning it.And thats if you dont roll the car round a corner first
  21. Its a piece of piss bud, the worst part of the conversion is fitting the wiring loom and remembering to hook all the sensors up.Last thing you want is to forget a sensor in a hard to reach place. So double check all the connections before you fit the rad and intercooler 'because itll make it very tight getting youre hands down there. But mostly, just slaves to help lower the engine in, without catching the engine bay.
  22. Or as Rick said, a hair dryer... I generally fill a bucket up with boiling water, and sit all the cans im going to be using in it.So say im primering something, sit all the primers needed in the boiling water.Or use a hairdryer to just heat single cans up.Anything that warms them up is the way to go. Just dont sit them near a fire place, as a guy i know did...Ended in his living room being pug sunblaze yellow That was a comical sight.Hed just freshly painted the room white a few weeks prior. Also when you have finished the last coat of laquer, give it 24 hours to fully cure, then give it a
  23. Amen Phil, floggage is the way forward...Pref to me But seriously, You'll be better off, making custom eyelids if you fancy a set. Just need masking tape, fiberglass matting, fiberglass resin & hardener and some p38 to skim it. Mask the headlights up and bonnet, lay some matting down and resin over, get about 6 layers of fiberglass matting built up, remove it, trim the edges to shape and skim it all with filler.sorteeeeeed Craig
