  1. whats the cheapest place i can find one of these? along with the harneses ? due to my turbo being blown and im going down the hyrbid road
  2. anything bigger than 600x200x (depending on the core *40upwards*) is a waste and wont be needed say unless you have a monster t88 allthough it does look damn good
  3. ooer , so can the person with the loudest flutter win something ? ;) like a little trophy or some thing ? lol . i DO have a video but its on my mates video camera she lent me and she didnt give me the bloody lead for it lol.. i should get it tonite though ;) ;)
  4. gaz, i checked your baileys valve and there not adjustable.. youll have to go for either a blitz/sard/hks etc valve thats adjustable.. then as someone allready said, adjust it so theres not a lot of pressure on the bov diaphram, so it will flutter under gentle throttle, or dump under harsher acceleration.. have a listen to mine, mines a combination of the bov and the air recirculating back out of the filter.. ill get my mate to bring his video camera out and ill get some clips of mine fluttering, going through the town centre it echos, sounds insane ;)
  5. problem with the fmic kits is that they will create a very slight lag, because the charge has further to travel along the pipes.. however, it wont bog down due to heat soak in the summer months. cooler denser charge is allways better.. for the price of an ARC topmount your better off going for a fmic if your ever plannin on tuning it, or raising the boost above .8/.9 bar.. plus they do look stunning behind the bumper ;) you will lose very slight amount of standard boost fitting a fmic, but a boost controller to raise it back to just under fuel cut point and its spot on. i went for a fmi
  6. too late lol. took them back today, by all accounts... they ordered abs bearings and seals, yet they dont fit mine.. i went on tgtt.com and threw the part number in on the search and it came up with non abs model bearings and seals lol.. went there today and the bloke showed the the workshop computer and it says mine are correct, for glanzas with abs.. so it has to be wrong lol.. theyve ordered me some "non abs" ones now, see if they fit. even though mine IS abs assisted ;) gotta love toyota.
  7. as long as your rack is the same, it wont be hard.. youll have to ask someone who has had there rack out, or done a conversion to be totally sure mate. cant you get the WHOLE lot from the car being broke ? then you can make sure itll all fit
  8. cheers guys. i personally still feel down when i think of the ... dare i mention the french car? saxo ;) amout of time and effort i put into that, but it was a good learning experiance.. come on, you gotta have some balls to buy an immaculate car, for 4k then attack it with a grinder and welder ;) ;) brings a tear to my eye.. but moving swiftly along i wouldnt give my starbo up for anything.. even though it hasnt got a hub atm and never has fuel in
  9. lol but if i were to order them from you wouldnt thee cost of postage make up for it ? oh and this is the problem.. the seal cups on my glanza hubs are a lot larger than the ones toyota supplied me with. so what would the ones i got supplied with fit ? are gt bearing seals smaller ? or sr's etc? i can literally fit the new seals inside the current seal cup..
  10. as long as you get all the pipework, brackets, powersteering pump and belt etc then not a problem matey.
  11. ;) lol nice plan paul ;) but unfortunately the seals have to come from japan so i can shout and scream but i stil lwont get them any quicker lol.. ill give it a try though
  12. lol that pretty much sums it up sparky ;) and sums up what im going to call that parts dept bloke lol. i doubt itll be on the road within the next 2 weeks now. more public transport. great fun ;)
  13. paid 180 bloody quid for 2 wheelbearings, 2 pairs of seals and 2 circlips , if thats not amazing enough .... came to fit them today , and theyve given me the wrong size seals ;) ;) so now my car will be sitting outside with no wheel, no hub and on a bloody stand with the little pikey chavs wandering around it , and i doubt ill even have the right ones in time for next weekend to fit and the funny thing is , they said oh you probably gave us the wrong chassis number... er no 'because i double checked it and triple checked it just now lol some days i really wish i was an axe murderer
  14. ive had a ibiza turbo , going up blue bell hill too ;) so that "rice rocket" can easily do him. that was a petrol ibiza turbo AFTER he had it revo'd (remapped) just offer him to a race @ pod and prove it ;)

  17. lol damn this warm spanish air ;) damn ittt ;) lol
  18. lol everyones gotta learn rich mate.nah you can fit a hks actuator to a standard lump.. and itll definately hold peak boost better. this is my next thing on my list i need, as it boosts up and drops right down to .4 lol mines shagged though ;) ;)
  19. i "think" on the 82 its in the top right hand corner of the negine back, near the air filter box housing matey, ill try and find a picture of where mine is on my glanza ;) you got any error codes ?
  20. yeah, mine used to rise to 0.8 on cold nights, now its not standard its not boosting as high, sometimes gets to .5 if im very lucky.. dont wanna raise the boost yet, wanna see how much i can squeeze out of it without upping it any but yeah, thats well in the safe params mate. out of curiousity you still getting that error code thrown at you ?
