    I would suggest lubing the shit out of them It worked for me, no more annoying mouse screaming every time the car comes to a stop. The Mintex stuff works better than copper grease.

    In japan they released a GI model with just a 1.3 non turbo engine in. Same kit as a GT just with the reverse scoop and different decals on.

    You might have pinched the sensor at the bottom of the radiator when putting the new one on. Check that first.

    There is about as much performance difference between the Blueprint and HKS one as two slices of white bread from the same loaf Still, I understand your point, I only use Blitz filters on mine. Not because they give any performance gain what so ever but just because they are a funky blue.

    Could well be the sump, mines been like it for 7 years and after 3 re-seal attempts it's still doing it. They are a bugger for it. if its not the sump the seal behind the crank shaft could well be at fault. Whip the timing cover off and have a look for oil trails.
