Nope... The Core Stays in tact.. Your removing the housings off each side and spinning them! The Core (shaft, turbines, bearings, seals) is one piece. Don't take that apart... It will be stuborn. You will need Oxy Cet to get the exhaust housing off and a rubber mallet!

on the TD04... You need to rotate all three parts of the turbo.. Compressor needs to point down. Core, return needs to point straight down. Exhaust Housing, will need rotating to suit whatever angle your downpipe has been made too!
